We had the most wonderful time at Jubilee Lodge – a real gem! The lodge itself is beautifully light, airy, and impeccably comfortable, with every little detail thought of to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. As a family of five, we felt completely at home. Cheryl was the perfect host – warm, welcoming, and full of fantastic local suggestions. Her kindness really made our experience even more special. The absolute highlight for us was the hot tub – soaking before and after a day exploring was pure bliss. And the view… just breathtaking! Acres of rolling landscape as far as the eye can see – a rare and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Jubilee Lodge is a special place that we feel so lucky to have found. We’ll definitely be back – thank you, Cheryl, for a truly memorable stay!

Lovely place with plenty of space and dog friendly. The hot tub was a great attribute, we all loved it. Finlake is great place, my daughter loves the pool and plenty to do in surrounding areas. Gina is a great host, very quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended and we will look to return in the future.

We had a lovely break in this spacious private lodge. It really felt like a home from home, we loved the touches like flowers, the throws and blankets. The soft furnishings & bedding were top quality. The master en suite was a real treat & all of the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub numerous times which was huge. We came for a quiet break with our children aged 6, 9 & 12 in an area we know and love so we were familiar and happy with the location. We enjoyed game nights & family time - hardly anyone touched their tech and the kids are asking for us to book again which I'm sure we will. Would highly recommend this gem. Thank you 😊

Lovely couple of days spent at the lodge. Had everything we needed for a family of 4, plenty of space and could comfortably host 6. Although just off the main road, the cabin (and hot tub) had a lovely view and was very peaceful. As the listing states towels are not provide (bring extra for the hot tub) and also no tea or coffee, but there is a supermarket a just a few mins drive. Would recommend this lovely lodge and location.

What a fantastic location and lodge! Both the sitting room and main bedroom faced the lake. We made use of the hot tub and the town/village of Bovey Tracey was a few mins by car. You could walk into town. Very quiet and peaceful, absolutely perfect for us. The amenities in the lodge were more than sufficient. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Absolutely love this hidden gem in the heart of the Devon countryside but very accessible from main routes into the area. Fantastic holiday resort - spotlessly clean with first class facilities. Perfect for families with children. The lodge exceeded expectations being in the best location on the site, incredibly clean, warm and very comfortable. The hot tub was a real bonus and very competitively priced compared with other properties that do not benefit from all the amenities. Host communication was excellent throughout. Would not hesitate to re-book now we know of this one.

Beautiful location. The cottage is comfortable with everything you could need to be comfortable. Sarah was very helpful and responded quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

This is our second stay at Rachel's Chalet, its a great place to stay and be based from. a few minutes from Dartmouth and in a great location for all of Devon. The Chalet itself is clean and tidy with everything you'd need for a basic get away! we'll be staying again soon!

lovely people, beautiful setting and enjoyed the local walks from the door. safe space for my dog in the enclosed garden. plenty of logs supplied for the woodburner. A very relaxing place to stay. would recommend to others.

Just home after a fab 4 days in this lodge. Great communication from owner, place was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, even dog bowls and a welcome pack were provided. Location was great to explore from, although to far to walk into Dartmouth, but only a 3 minute drive to the park and ride or 10 mins into centre of town. We thought it was great value for money and just what we needed for a few days away.

We are regulars at Devon Hills and have stayed at many lodges but this one was defo a favourite! Very clean and homely and set in a nice location on the park!

Wow, what an incredible stay! First and foremost, I have to give huge praise to the host—she was always incredibly responsive and beyond helpful with any questions or requests we had. From the very start, she went above and beyond to make our family weekend trip absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t thank her enough for her kindness, understanding, and dedication to making sure every detail was just right. The home itself was spotless and had such a warm, homely feel that we instantly felt comfortable. Our kids didn’t want to leave! The area was peaceful, the neighbours were lovely, and it was just a genuinely relaxing environment. Just a minute’s walk from the house, you get to enjoy stunning views and some lovely walking spots. There are also plenty of places nearby for kids to enjoy, especially if they love a beach setting. But again, I have to circle back to the host—she truly set the gold standard for what hospitality should be. She was an incredible host!! Thank u once again 😊

Had a lovely few days getaway. Shepherds hut was cozy with a lovely little patio. The bed was really comfortable and the accommodation had everything as described in the listing. David & Jan were great hosts. Responded to all messages and queries really quickly. Flexible and relaxed check in and out. Nice friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will be stopping again in the future.

What an absolute pleasure Katie was, from the first minute I booked the place until the last minute. Great location and a fantastic bungalow we stayed in. The views were amazing. Katie was always at hand with any questions or queries. So much to do around the area and driving distance to a lot more.

We had a lovely stay at Katie’s place. The bedrooms are a touch on the small side, but otherwise we can’t fault the lovely bungalow. The location is great and views are breathtaking. Despite being small it had everything we needed for a couple and young baby, including a well equipped kitchen, microwave and washing machine.

Jo was great, very helpful and friendly. Quick to respond to anything, place was spotlessly clean, 5 min walk to the beach front, it's just as quick to walk as it is to drive if you feel like walking, parking at the beach is around £10.00 per day at the long stay car park, if you park by Costa it's restricted parking time ( Short Stay Car Park 3 hours ) so bare that in mind as the parking inspectors are red hot with giving tickets, I used to live in Devon so I am aware of these things but useful to know if you are visiting. For the price and location you can't go wrong at Jo's place. Many thanks to Jo for being a great host, we will see you again next time we are coming down to visit our daughter.

Fantastic place, my girls loved it. Would stay there again and recommend it to people that want a place to chill out in. Ideally you need a car to get to Brixham etc but is just an idea place for everything. Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay 😀
