James was very responsive and also let us check in early, we had an amazing time hanging by the pool. Everything was clean and neat our pups loved the yard so they could Rome around while we sitting by the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Ginger was an amazing host and her home was located in a beautiful location! We arrived after hours but the checkin process was explained very clearly and was easy to complete. The views were spectacular and we were able to create fishing memories that will last a lifetime! The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to fish from their steps. Night fishing from the docks was awesome too! Overall, the experience was great and I would love to visit again.

Nice place, very clean, good size for family, had everything we needed. Nice community pool. Enjoyed being relatively close to lake for fishing and boating. Rented slip, made it easy to go out in the water everyday. Make sure to get liability insurance for boat or security won’t let you bring it in or use slip. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

We were beyond pleased with our stay at this home! Leead and Orel were extremely accommodating to all of our needs and went above and beyond. The communication was prompt, responsive and helpful. The home was exactly as described with an awesome location. We were able to walk everywhere so that we could enjoy our getaway. We spent 12 nights here in March 2025 and we found it to be very comfortable for two people. The house was very modern and clean and everything was in great condition. Even the huge RV garage was spotless! We worked remotely and the internet service was fast and reliable. Also enjoyed being able to find good walking routes right out the door. Great communication from the host. Would definitely want to rent here again next time we're in Havasu.

Robert was very understanding a very great host. He had all the extra things you can think of in the household. He has a lot of amenities. My favorite part was the sun porch. He is very attentive and he responds within a good amount of time. The house itself was very well kept it had anything you could think of that you needed extra if it was too hot outside and we needed to stay in the Airbnb, we still had a good time. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our second year staying at this house. The second we walk in, we feel right at home. We can relax and enjoy our stay. Four generations and 16 people. There's plenty of room and we all fit very comfortably. Hopefully, we will see you again next year. Same time, same place.
