Great house with an amazing view. It was nice that the host left a Christmas tree up for our celebration. The beds were very comfortable. We communicated a few maintenance issues to the host. Overall it was great for our family to meet up for the holidays.

The lake house apartment was the perfect location to relax after visiting the historic towns in the tri-city area. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on our private balcony overlooking the lake. The location was very peaceful and we rarely heard foot steps from the host living above. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the spacious apartment for relaxing in the evenings.

This place is absolutely stunning! We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very neat and clean upon our arrival and Chris's instructions were simple and easy to follow. He was a great host and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Even better than the photos! We spent most of our time on the patio with great seating, lovely view, hummingbirds visiting and in the fantastic hot tub! Our dogs LOVED the open grass to run in. The beds were comfy and cozy and the kitchen/bathroom were very well stocked.

Came for a short weekend trip and it was absolutely as described! The place felt very clean and well taken care of. Host was very helpful and communicative and was willing to reasonably accommodate our worries of traveling during the winter storm that passed through the day of our check-in, luckily we ended up making it! I would absolutely visit this property again.

My family's absolute favorite Airbnb in Pike County...and we have stayed in many. The yard was wonderful. House was pristine, well stocked, and we slept like a rock in the beds. It's a bit remote, but got a good vibe from the well kept properties around the holler. Minor complaint was that drivers like to fly around the corner down the holler, but does not take away from the quiet. Insanely great pricing for the size and amenities.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. My family of four stayed here with our dog and had a terrific time. We are already talking about when we can come back! Larry was very helpful and super responsive to our questions. The property is spotless and adorable yet modern. We enjoyed every convenience and the cutest coffee bar inside!

We really enjoyed our stay here! If we are ever back in the area, would definitely stay again. Place was just as described and hosts were very accommodating with our schedule. Would recommend to anyone!

Paul's place was just as described. Perfect for our family of 5. Everything was very neat and clean. Plenty of towels and linens. The screened in back porch was great for our grandson-Beautiful view as well. The fenced yard and beautiful landscaping was also a plus.
