We had 13 people staying at the house and everyone had a comfortable sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a large crowd. There was plenty of parking. The big draw for the kids was the air hockey and pool table for the adults. Had it not been raining we would have taken advantage of the large deck with plenty of table space and seating. I would book again based on the positive feedback from everyone there.

Had a relaxing weekend in George's home. Quiet area, lake was beautiful, near some good hiking areas and good local restaurants. Great to have the dog with us as well which is a big plus for us.

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

The yard was huge and private. The home was clean and a great gathering place for cooking, visiting, and game playing. Emma, our host, was friendly and had a very quick response time with all communications.

We had lots of fun out on the lake but also very much enjoyed the lake view from the house. The collection of pots/pans/kitchen stuff is far superior to the usual AirBNB- we had fun cooking every night. And dogs aren't just allowed here - they are welcome with biscuits, food and water dishes, and a dog bed. Linda was a great & very responsive host!

What a view! This home stands out because of its location with a gorgeous view of the lake and the living area makes it easy to enjoy that view. We really liked how open, bright and airy the living/dining and kitchen areas were -- you get an unobstructed view of the lake from throughout these areas. The master bedroom even has a great view! The host was very responsive, answering questions quickly ... and she was so considerate to leave us a beautiful bouquet of daffodils. We appreciated being able to bring our doggie and there's a nice park for walking just a couple minutes away. There's also a nice, cozy lawn in front of the house that looks over the lake ... with a fire pit! Overall, we had a great time in this house on our early spring retreat!

My adult children stayed in Thomas's cottage and it worked out great for us. It was close to our main house and there was plenty of room for them. Unfortunately our stay was in the winter so we couldn't take advantage of the lake area, which is a beautiful area. The house had everything that we needed and we would definitely come back again. Thank you Thomas.

Our stay at Andy's home was absolutely wonderful! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to shops and attractions. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to book again. A small suggestion is to repair the locks of the bedrooms.

Amazing Time in this house. Pictures don't do justice because the place is great with beautiful views. Paul was accommodating and very helpful. This has been my favorite place.

I fell in love with this apartment, the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent, very cozy and endless amenities, the only complaint I have is the ceiling of the room but it is understandable and is not a big deal and they did not tell us where to put the garbage so we had to leave it in front of the door in the garage but other than that a very good experience in this beautiful place, I recommend it!

This was my second time staying at Tracy and Patrick’s home. My group was very pleased and it exceeded their expectations. Can’t wait to go back.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Staying here was a delight! Both Jennifer and Jodi were extremely nice and tremendously accommodating! They helped me and my friend when we needed an extra hand with certain things, and they were a pleasure to talk to. Bonus points for their lovely and extremely friendly cat!!

Place was nice and comfy and he was very responsive.

The location was great and a nice place to walk. Lots of stuff to see and do that’s not far away. We would come again.

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great overnight stay at Joe's place. Cozy living room with a nice record player and comfy couches, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

we enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin , we had a great view of the pond , made a fire with the supplied wood, and enjoyed listening to the horses nay ! we really wanted breakfast at the near by restaurant but woke up to late , I blame it on the extremely comfy bed in cabin 12 . thanks again Dave for your hospitality!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautiful sunset comes right into the upstairs bedroom and balcony for views. Back deck is right on waters edge. It’s the perfect spot to get away from the noise. Kayaks for the lake were awesome. Definitely going to make this a permanent getaway! Thank you Josh for everything! See you soon!

Had a great time. Cozy/comfy all around. Had a fire every night and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Local to Uconn which was what we were looking for. Jill was very accomodating and looks after the place. Communication was great. It's glorified camping so don't expect a hotel room but they do a great job for what it is....a yurt! Going back next year.

We enjoyed staying at this cabin very much! We didn’t want to travel far this time. Sometimes it’s hard to find places like this, in the early spring, without having to hike half way down south. Where we can enjoy the peace and quiet yet have a lake/beach etc, with decent weather. Joe’s cabin is very cool. If you enjoy traveling back in time, there are plenty of antiques all over the cabin!

Jeri was a great host, we felt welcome right away, the place was very clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. We recommend Jeri’s place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Karl went out of his way to host a wonderful holiday getaway for my entire family. Extra stars for putting up a Christmas Tree and holiday decorations for our “White Christmas”, complete with snow. Plenty of parking and clear walkways without ice :)
