Exactly like photos. Super clean. Our unit was on the top floor, about 25 steps up. Host is very responsive and housekeeping always checked in to see if we needed anything. The bed is SUPER firm/hard….so if that’s an issue for you, caution. Only the bedroom has AC, but Luis brought a fan for the kitchen seating area. When we learned to open/close windows during cooler day times all was great. There are several units on this property…all look similar in photos, some with 2 bedrooms. Beautiful seating area courtyards in several locations on property. Easy and secure digital doors for all entrances. Highly recommended.

Lo que más me importa al momento de hospedarme en un alojamiento es la limpieza y seguridad, sin duda cumplió ambos puntos. Colchones nuevos, sábanas y cobijas limpias, no le encontré ningún pero a este alojamiento. Muy buena relación precio calidad, ampliamente recomendado para un buen descanso.

I want to thank the gentleman who helped us get into the building—he was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Although I didn’t catch his name as he was hearing impaired, his kindness truly stood out. The host was also very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Definitely my favourite airbnb experience so far. Rene is a brilliantly helpful, thoughtful and communicative host...definitely worthy of the superhost badge. The apartment was exactly as imagined, really well stocked kitchen and a thoughtfully designed space. Good wifi too. Easily walkable to centro with some good local restaurants, laundry nearby, local market 2 blocks away, big Chedraui supermarket across the main road and less noise than a very central location, perfect. The roof terrace is great and there are really lovely people staying in the building so excellent company for a solo traveller. Highly recommended.

La estancia con Martha fue genial, el lugarcito acogedor que tiene es tal cual lo muestra en las fotos, súper céntrico, fácil de ubicar, hermoso y pacífico, en verdad nos encantó quedarnos ahí, la atención de Martha fue excepcional, siempre atenta y muy cordial, nos ayudó muchísimo. Altamente recomendado! Esperamos volver pronto! :)

Casa amplia tal como está descrita, nos dio facilidades de acceso antes de la hora de entrada, en general todo bien.

Fue exactamente igual a las fotos, estaba impresionante. El lugar fue divertido cómodo amplio, tenía detalles como la calidad del jabón y todo equipado para la estancia, muy divertido y la anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente resolviendo mis preguntas

Jose and Eden are truly amazing hosts and very friendly and hospitable. They are very responsive whenever we have any question or issue. The house is spacious, clean, and as described. It is located within walking distance to the central part of the city, with on-site parking and a nice terrace. Beds are comfortable with AC in each bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay in Jose’s place and highly recommend it!

Loved our stay at Damien’s place. It’s very quiet and private but also easy walkable distance to the heart of the plaza for restaurants and shoppes. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool and deck in the morning w coffee and then set out in the afternoons for exploration. Yes, there is a hill on your return but quite manageable. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for making coffee, snacks, and cocktails. Damian also partners w a couple locals who were wonderful for driving, Nacho (Ignacio), and Mari for cooking or tending to anything needing to be looked at immediately. Highly recommend staying at Damian’s place and then enjoying beautiful Oaxaca, the kind people, the AMAZING food, and the inspiring art creativity. Muchas Gracias!! 🇲🇽🧡

La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es muy cómoda , tiene todas las facilidades para niños pequeños, se ubica en zona muy tranquila, no hay ruido para descansar después de días ajetreados, está cerca de supermercados y cremerías, cuenta con cochera y patio de servicio. La comunicación con Lucy fue inmediata.Sin duda regresaremos.

wonderful place. highly recommended. busy part of town so its conveniently close to centre. But quiet place off the street which helps contain the nighttime noise. furnishings are a little old so not very eye catching on the pictures but don't be deceived. it's a beautiful home. everything works. very clean. we felt right at home. layout is also enjoyable. beautiful plants as you enter Maria is a wonderful host. very friendly and helpful. she made us feel incredibly welcome. she also allowed us an early check in and let us leave our bags after check out which we were very grateful for I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para el traslado a las diferentes zonas turisticas. El espacio es muy agradable y existe concordancia con lo que se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión mantuvo excelente comunicación y sugirió buenos lugares para comer y visitar.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. Mi esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien viviendo y trabajando desde casa en este Airbnb. Es uno de los mejores Airbnbs en los que nos hemos alojado para estadías largas en Oaxaca. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos a cualquier cosa que surja. Ivet y Zazil nos orientaron al espacio y al vecindario y responden rápido a cualquier necesidad. Doña Paty, quien hace el mantenimiento de los espacios comunes también es muy querida y responde cualquier duda. Esta es una buena opción para las personas que quieren más tranquilidad fuera del centro. Es un espacio visualmente atractivo y tiene una agradable estética minimalista. Se encuentra en una zona segura con muchas familias y en general bastante tranquila para la ciudad de Oaxaca. Hay varios comedores y restaurantes cerca. ¡Lo recomendamos!

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de tus vacaciones con tus amigos o pareja, con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia un tiempo cómodo, seguro y tranquilo. Se encuentra a tan solo unas cuantas cuadras del centro de la capital y con muchas opciones cercanas para comer y divertirte. La comunicación es excelente siempre al pendiente de tus necesidades y con excelentes recomendaciones. Como extra cuenta con lugar interno de estacionamiento para mayor facilidad y seguridad. Recomendado ampliamente!
