Tivives beach : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Vale mucho la pena el hospedaje! Tiene todo lo que anuncia y el parqueo queda cerca del apartamento por lo que no hay que caminar mucho con las maletas. Las lapas llegaron en las mañanas a comer en un árbol anexo a la propiedad y desde la habitación se veían a simple vista. Hay panadería y super en la misma calle, y está a unas cuadras del centro de Jacó.

I recommend this apartment. The apartment is well located (close to the airport), really well equipped and spacious. This apartment is perfect for short and long term. The communication with Shurraine and Nancy was really good! I am really of my stay at this place!

The place was very nice and spacious, just like the pictures! The hosts were super responsive and kind, really great people. The view was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, and tour spots.

El apartamento estaba impecable! Super bonito, y los cuartos super limpios! Sin ninguna queja, definitivamente volvería. Nuestro host Melissa siempre estaba atenta y el acceso fue super rápido.

A spectacular place with amazing views and incredible amenities. The pool clubhouse is honestly perfect. There were some extra check out instructions sent over (garbage, A/C settings, et cetera) that I did not see until several hours after checking out, but they were very reasonable and I would have been happy to comply if I had seen them in time. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Our stay with Erin and Peter was outstanding. Their place was beautiful ~ we spent almost every evening watching the sunsets from their back patio. We enjoyed the hot tub and we loved that it was removed from the hubbub of Atenas but close enough to walk and enjoy the friendly and quaint town. Erin and Peter were the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had… super friendly and accommodating. Just truly kind and good people. Erin is a massage therapist and if you’re interested, you should definitely get a massage with her as she’s very skilled! We look forward to staying with Erin and Peter the next time we visit beautiful Costa Rica.

Really enjoyed our stay at the palms. Great little community, very safe and clean. Had some epic surfs. The surrounding towns offer a lot to do. Planning on coming back for another visit!

I had family of 8 stay at this unit and we had a blast! Check in was easy and the security gate/staff made us feel safe. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities we needed were there including the pool toys for the kids. Host was super responsive to everything that came up and quickly took care of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

La verdad es un gusto volver a este lugar, ya es la tercera vez que vamos, y no tenemos queja alguna, todo super limpio, ordenado, la casa es super linda y muy segura. Super recomendado.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The building is new so it hasn't been occupied very long so everything in the unit is new as well. You won't find an airbnb that is stocked better than this one - anything you can need and more is in the unit. A nice addition is the fact that Netflix and Youtube is provided on the TV's without having to enter your own account numbers. Furthermore, I often stay in airbnb's and I often struggle with how various things operate but every accessory and electronic device has owners manuals nearby to help with the learning curve - very nice touch! The building is right on the beach so obviously the view is great and the two pools are fantastic. The security people are friendly and helpful and it is a very secure property. You must also check out the view of the area from the rooftop patio. Barry was extremely efficient with suggestions and help with the unit.

Amazing apt in Jaco with the best location. We loved the pool and the place was very comfortable for us four guests. The hosts were very sweet and helped us arrange transport and gave us extra of anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here!
