This place is perfect to stay in Tirupati if you are visiting Tirumala. I prefer to stay in the Tirupati rather than Tirumala, mainly because of the quality of the cottages and lack of amenities available on the hill. My stay at this location was enjoyable, very prompt and responsive host, and a humble care taker. Like all other towns in India, you cannot avoid the noise of the vehicles and honking on the roads, but it does quiet down during the nights. They have a ifi with good speeds to work as well. On the whole a pleasant experience. I recommend if you are visiting this part of the country.

it was a great stay here, very neat and clean .the host was friendly and quick responsive. this place is v.near to tiruchanoor padmavati amma temple,and also to tirumala via Srinivasa sethu. had a great and comfortable stay here .

everything good but the point is water not provided that is the only one minise other than that everything good

Bright, spacious, airy and easily accessible holiday rental right in the heart of Tirupati. Very good neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and important temples. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenette for rent. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels. Staff, especially the property manager Mr. Wasim, deserves special kudos; very polite, accommodating, hospitable, kind and prompt. I would highly recommend for a good stay in Tirupati.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions.

The facility is well maintained.good enough to accommodate 7 adults and 3 kids. Very spacious and clean. Good maintenance. Manager Raghunatha was very proactive in reaching out for needs. Very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend for family and friends.

Well maintained flat and polite service. Near to Tirupati Railway Station and flexible with CheckIn & CheckOut times.

Great place to stay and good staff. the location in the Google Maps was misleading. the staff responded and guided to correct location. only con was the Geyser will work only on a sunny day.
