The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Mollys place is a gem. As are her and her family. I loved staying here for work. It was comfortable and private, but they were very communicative whenever needed. Park is very close by, the house is incredibly comfortable. Id recommend it for anyone needing a place in this area. 10/10

Vivian made us feel very welcome and the place was ideal for us . Being so close to Epping Forest and the Lake was an added bonus …

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Ludmil’s place is beautiful - even nicer than expected and the garden is a little piece of paradise! Really well connected, I felt safe and it was super easy to check in and out. Had everything I needed in the flat and it was very comfortable. At the last minute I had to work for a full day from the flat and it was a perfect set up, lovely view of the garden while I worked, comfy desk and chair - was great! I really appreciated the extra treats because I arrived late and forgot to buy food so it was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again - was exactly what I needed.

Such a lovely stay at Gemma’s place. Was spotlessly clean, close to shops and instructions very clear for checking in. No complaints at all

Fantastic place to stay. Immaculate and spacious. Perfect location for visiting friends in Essex. Julie is a lovely host who has thought of everything you could possibly need. Myself and my daughter really appreciated the little extra treats that were left for us too. We would definitely love to stay again.

The place was as described. I had no issues with checking-in and the host answered any questions that I had pretty quickly. The only issue I had was with the heating. The room is located in the back of the garden, so it was very cold. With the heating, for some reason it kept turning off so I had to keep putting it on again. But other than that everything was great!

Cabin was very nice and comfortable, well stocked and everything you need for one night stay. Easy to find and gain access, host was very responsive. I wasn’t aware that it was a cabin in someone else’s garden but maybe that was an oversight on my part, overall very happy and would stay again.

I very much enjoyed my stay, minimal road traffic, extremely pleasant rural setting. And the bonus of a London linked Railway station 500 metres away Good feeling of light inside the property, in my opinion helped by the high ceilings. had a lovely stay at this charming annex! It was super cute and cosy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior design was thoughtful and stylish, giving the space a warm and welcoming feel. It had all the essential facilities I needed, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful spot to unwind.

Great location and room

A beautiful, quiet location whilst still being in a bustling town. The place itself is very quaint and the interior decor is very stylish, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Kim was super helpful and considerate and went out of her way to help when required. I will absolutely make this Airbnb my first choice when returning to the area. Thank you Kim. John

Adam and Shans place was an oasis of calm in the middle of a big city. We loved the neighborhood. Easy to get to and walkable to Greenwich and Canary Wharf. The check in video was brilliant, Adam responded to questions quickly and provided us with great directions transit updates to get to the place. Loved that we could walk to Greenwich-through the tunnel and visit Mudchute farm next door. Price was very reasonable and the accommodations suited our needs.

Had a really nice stay, needed help to figure a few things out but Annie was always happy to help and quickly responded
