We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

Travelled for work an this place was suitable for 5 people to stay. Rooms were very adequate, beds were king size beds and super comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much. Self contained development with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The gym was well equipped. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

Very good apartment to have a peaceful staycation and relax. All is easy and new. The facilities are great and very close to all major places in District 1 Much recommended. Check with owner if the access to the pool is still allowed as they are closing access soon for short term renting. Thank you again

They met me outside late at night and guided me inside. They did my laundry and brought me an extra fan. Immediate location wasn't very touristy which I liked. I enjoyed walking outside and not seeing a tourist attraction but I could take a short walk or Grab/Taxi to many tourists places.

Great communication from all hosts and helped me when I some internet problems. All you need here. Good location for LM81 etc and quiet enough off the main road. A good stay, thanks.

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

호스트가 매우 친절합니다 숙소는 사진과 동일하고 근처에 쇼핑몰이 있는데 한식도 많이 팝니다 미카도스시도 있고 명륜진사갈비도 있습니다 다만 단점은 1군까지 좀 멀다는건데 그냥 빈홈안에서만 생활하기 나쁘진 않습니다 그리고 grp03 이라는 무료 버스가 있어서 벤탄까지는 편하게 갈수 있습니다 호스트가 그건 안알려줘서 마지막에만 이용할수 있었네요 주변에 오토바이 렌탈샵은 없는데 호스트에게 이야기하면 연결해주니 참고하세요

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

L’appartement est exactement comme dans l’annonce. Très bien agencé, bien climatisé et bien insonorisé, c’est un très bon point de chute pour visiter Hô Chi Minh et se reposer au frais ensuite. On s’y sent parfaitement en sécurité et on dispose d’une autonomie totale, ce qui n’est pas toujours facile à trouver. Le lecteur de vinyles était un joli plus et la gentillesse et réactivité des hôtes également ! Je recommande sans hésitation

Amazing apartment in a great building. Love the neighborhood, so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close enough to all the main attractions while still being away from the touristy areas of the city. Easy to check in and out, host is very responsive and helpful, would stay again.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

호스트의 응답도 빠르고, 간결하고 편한 숙소입니다. 특히 어린 아이와의 여행에서 낮은 메트리스에서 수면이 가능해서 편안히 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 롯데마트나 7군, 1군 이동도 가까운 편이고 숙소 건물내에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다.

I really enjoyed my stay at May's place and on the Diamond Island. The apartment is small but has everything needed. It was exactly as described and I was very comfortable there. May was extremely proactive and friendly with very fast response times. She responded almost immediately to any questions. Her instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easy to follow. She was very easy to work with. The island is very peaceful with lovely amenities including multiple pools, gym and walking paths. There are several coffee shops in easy walking distance along with a mini-mart, grocery store, pharmacy and more. Taxis are abundant and easily accessed via a Grab app. This location allows you to stay somewhere that is peaceful and quiet while also providing easy access to other Saigon neighborhoods. I hope to return to Vietnam and I would happily stay here again.
