Very nice and peaceful place, very supportive and responsible host.

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

I was on a business trip and opted this property through Airbnb. The location is good and it has all amenities mentioned in the add. Couple of grocery shops are near by ( at walkable distance) to purchase the households. Caretaker was available at property for any kind of help. Cleaning staff will come for cleaning on every day except Sundays. Host Mr. Arun is always accessible for any help needed. Will definitely opt this property in future.

The name says it all!, it is a calm and cozy getaway from the hustle of Kochi city. The host, Megha was very helpful and always responsibe. The property is part of a larger residential complex and the apartment itself is well maintained and clean, making us feel as if at home.

I can really recommend staying at George’s place. If you get the chance be sure to talk to him - he knows a lot about Cochin, Kerala and history in general. Great and friendly guy!

Wonderful architecture with use of old clay tiles; blends in well with the environment. It’s a subtle statement building that fits in nicely with the coconut palms & native plants & ocean setting. Step out onto the sand, walk through the grove, and there’s the beach (which is fairly clean + good swimming for strong swimmers—it’s an open sea.) Long stretches of sand for strolls and gorgeous sunsets. A very laid back vibe here. The interiors are fantastic with a modern, earthy decor and dressed in crisp white, cotton linens. Of note: fan, a/c, plumbing, etc. all functioned well. Overall, a well designed and gorgeous space. Babu is a kind & caring host with great communication skills, couldn’t ask for better! Someone is on-site all night and as a solo traveler, I felt no security issues. Meals provided were good, tasty, fresh, cooked on site by sweet staff. All in all, I was so very pleased. This is the hang-out spot I’ve been looking for and will continue to visit again and again.

If you are planning to stay in Kochi for work or for leisure this is a place you can book without blinking. Arun was super helpful since our arrival got over delayed due to TranzCars unprofessionalism. He responded on phone at midnight to make us comfortable in the house. He has a polite voice (Since I did not meet him) and politer man Friday Pranab who came up in no time to help us. The house itself was perfect for me and my family. Three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and spacious well lit dining and lounge area with a half bath attached to kitchen was more than what we could ask for. Arun's attention to detail is quite visible in his house. We thank him for making our stay the best ever in Kerala. Will stay there again for soon. Thank you once again Arun for everything.
