Had a lovely stay a great host very responsive, clean and tidy cottage , exactly what we expected and had hoped for , for a quiet and cosy weekend break. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

As a family of foodies and in particular loving shellfish West mersea and the cottage were absolutely perfect for us. Our two teenagers loved the hot tub and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking good food in the small but perfectly formed kitchen and sitting in the sunshine in a very pretty deck watching the world go by. three nights was a treat, But perhaps a few extra just to make sure we could try all of the wonderful food offerings West Mersey provides . Thanks Roland for being a great host - we loved the cottage and would love to return.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

A really nice cottage, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great too.

This cottage was unreal ! It’s hard to put in to words how amazing it is ! We stayed me my husband, my mum , my daughter, my 2 son’s and their girlfriends and our dog , we had the best time ever , the cottage is unbelievably beautiful and the games room is unreal , we went out once to the beach but couldn’t wait to get back to the cottage , coral was a brilliant host , the cottage has everything you need , many thanks coral x we look forward to returning x

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

Charming little character cottage in a peaceful and friendly village. The cottage was cosy, welcoming and provided everything we needed. The Village shop is really well stocked so you didn't need to venture far! Nice public footpaths close to the cottage, ideal for a stay with the pooch!

Lovely stay in this cosy, comfortable cottage. Perfect for four of us and a small dog. The tall ones did bang their heads but it’s unavoidable in a such a historic building. Great location and walkable to everything you could need including oysters.

Beautiful cottage with lovely decor and good utilities. The high street is just around the corner as is the sea and the beach. Really lovely stay.

The cottage was quirky and cosy with a lovely sun/garden room with glass ceiling that we spent a lot of time in. The Castle cafe and King's Head restaurant are both worth a visit. A very peaceful, comfortable stay. Thank you,

Kerry’s place is wonderful. Such a perfect cottage in a peaceful location, and Kerry and Adam were fantastic hosts. It was lovely to have our own private garden, and Kerry also let us and our two year old go feed the goats. The property itself had everything we needed and was pristine, there were some really lovely touches to make it feel homely. We were so lucky with the sunny weather, and would love to come again!

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful stay from start to finish! Spent a lot of time in the garden having bbq's in the sunny secluded garden. Excellent woodburner for the chilly evenings. Amanda is an outstanding host and the cottage is perfect 👌🏻 We went away for a short Easter Break, away for my friend's birthday and to trace my family tree and we can both honestly say that the surroundings were gorgeous! We will definitely try to come back. Thanks Amanda ✨️

Fantastic cottage in idyllic location. Photos do not do it justice - it’s a beautiful cottage, full of character and charm. Lovely garden too. Had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent.

Fab cottage perfect location for exploring the area . Great gastronomy pub 2 minutes walk . Lovely friendly village great parking facilities outside the property or allocated parking. We would definitely be booking again in fact I have booked for my parents.

A lovely, clean and well equipped cottage in a quiet village. David is a great host providing lots of little extras which were greatly appreciated and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This place is absolutely perfect for families. Paul and Jane are such lovely hosts making you feel so welcome before you've even got there. The cottage is cosy with a great size and well stocked kitchen. The play area next to the cottage was great with a play barn as well with loads of books and toys to choose from. The outdoor bath was perfect with such a beautiful view over the landscape. Paul and Jane have thought of everything to make the stay as brilliant as it can be. Honesty bar and freshly made pizza in the pizza oven if you're lucky. So much in the area to do as well, will definitely be coming back.

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie Cottage. Jo was very responsive to messages and accommodating as we booked on the day of our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us grown ups and toys and chocolate left out for the little ones. The space was modern, clean and very child friendly. Only a short walk to the beach too! We would definitely return ☺️

We loved the peacefulness of Amy’s beautiful home. It was ideally situated to visit Sutton Hoo,Aldeburgh and Woodbridge.We were sad that we had to drive to Orford .We would have liked to walk and take the tiny ferry but it only runs at weekends. Everything you need for a beak away and lovely to have a wood burner already laid and a basket full of logs.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

A beautiful cottage with top quality furniture, decor and all the details you need for a great stay. We loved how easy it was to find and get inside and I had one of the best night's sleep in ages as it was so quiet and the bed so comfortable. Thanks for a great stay Jo!
