We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Would definitely recommend this place. Chalet was bigger enough and well equipped for adults. Sonya left little extras like milk and a hamper full of goodies which was a nice touch, We had no issues while there so didn’t need to get in touch. But did message Sonya a few days before to ask a couple of questions, and her response was very quick. The location is beautiful right on the broads, short walk to restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic weekend, wound definitely return.

We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday, Parva House was the perfect location - just on the fringe of the hubbub in Holt on what was a busy market weekend.

The cottage was absolutely lovely! Well placed, clean, spacious, very well stocked, very comfortable and not far from anywhere, yet retaining its privacy and peaceful surrounds. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended. We didn't have pets but of course that's a plus if you do! Many thanks. Hope to return.

Maria is really a super host. Extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time at the property. Kids loved the hammock, ping pong table and badminton court. Plenty of space for football and the property was beautiful. Had a great time as family. Great atmosphere

Our first Air BnB, and we had great hosts. The communication was excellent and personalised, before during and after our trip. The house itself was superbly done out, fresh clean and modern. We were initially concerned that we were a little further out of Sheringham than we initially wanted, however we were very wrong. It was only an 8 minute walk to the front. The shop over the road was very handy with great service. All in all it was a great trip with a property that felt like home from home.

It was a lovely clean & tidy Lodge with everything you needed & more. Nice clubhouse & play area for kids too. Would definitely stay there again 😊

We had a lovely family weekend at The Hideaway. The home is cosy and well furnished, and the hosts were very helpful. Beautiful walks close by, amenities a short walk or drive and generally a very peaceful location. Would highly recommend for a weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful long bank holiday weekend at Mole End, and it truly felt like a home from home. The space is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Despite the weather not being perfect, we still made the most of the beautiful surroundings. The area is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us, and our furry friend had a great time. Mole End is nestled in a secluded corner, making it feel like a private haven. The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. A special thanks to the team for allowing us to check out later – it was a much appreciated gesture that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Mole End is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with the comfort of home, and we would definitely love to return in the future.

We had a lovely stay in Somersham with Dessie and Paul. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and the kids loved having their own space away from the adults. Really lovely surroundings and the paddock was a nice touch, we enjoyed playing a bit of football. Lovely hosts, provided everything we needed and great communication - thank you!

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Lesleys place. Very near to the sea and close to all beeches we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the jaccuzzi. The cottage is dog friendly and had all things our 4 month old Labrador puppy needed.

Great little gem. Very peaceful location. Lovely views especially with the calves in the field! Having the secure garden area for our dog was perfect. Nicely decorated and lovely extra touches such as Scrabble and the chocolate, milk and eggs were also much appreciated. Will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful and well appointed cottage, with private and peaceful suntrap garden, less than 5 mins walk from fantastic pub and bakery and a little further to the start of the beach. We were blessed with superb sunshine which really made it feel like the South of France. Everything is thought out with wonderful touches to make your stay extra comfortable, from the pint of milk in the fridge on arrival along with other goodies, to extras you often have to bring or pay extra for (dishwasher/laundry tabs, condiments, etc. All the rooms are well proportioned with 2 great bathrooms, one with shower. Beds are super comfy and with excellent pillows and linens. A bonus that we could bring our dog and again, fantastic little touches like water bowls, dog treats etc just made it a breeze. We will definitely be back!
