Super cute, clean, and charming in a perfect location for getting anywhere you need to in St. Pete. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Gwen was very communicative and helpful.

The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom was quiet and dark with black out curtains. We slept really well there. The property checked off all our must haves including a comfy couch, table to eat at, washer/dryer, great shower pressure and temp. All around a nice stay. The host had wonderful communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. Check in and self locking door with handy keypad was helpful. I would recommend staying here.

COUP DE COEUR 😍 ce logement est fait et preparé avec passion et amour c'est très mignon, autant l'intérieur que l'extérieur . très bien equipé avec plein d'attentions pour garantir le confort . nous avons très bien dormi. grand et agréable extérieur pour profiter du soleil nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps tellement on s'y sentait bien . le quartier est très sympa . bravo pour ce très beau logement et merci pour votre sympathie Laurie et Clément

Our stay at Jennifer’s place was great, the location is lovely and the place itself has a historic charm that was unbeatable. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Julias place is really nice, beautiful decorated and well equipped. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed with Airbnb. Beautiful neighborhood near a really nice park and close to restaurants and a trader joes. Downtown St. petersburg is just a short drive. We really had a great stay.

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

Last minute getaway for one night and Brandon approved our stay very quickly. Nice 65inch tv with access to multiple apps to watch shows/movies. Only wish we could have stayed an extra day to enjoy the hot tub. 5 stars across the board!

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place. We felt right at home and had so much space. Casey was great at communicating and we had no issues during our stay. Overall it was a beautiful and spacious home and will definitely return again if we are in the area again.

Fabulous space with an outstanding location. Walked to get all groceries and eat at wonderful restaurants. Pool area was nice with afternoon sun and just steps to the beach. Thanks Margie!

We had a fantastic stay at Cody's place. The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The room also had beach chairs, and an umbrella available so that was wonderful for our beach days.

My husband and I love this area. The condo was very nice, comfortable and had everything you could ask for. Felt like home. Beautiful pool area, you feel like you’re sitting in your own back yard. It’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, close to restaurants, a deli at the end of the street. James was a great host. He got back to me quickly and was very nice to chat with. We totally recommend it. We’ll be back for sure.

Amy’s place is ideal for week at the beach. Perfect location, great facilities, homely apartment, very welcoming host.

Pinlin's place is in a very good, central location near shops, restaurants and main arteries. it is a quiet condo with exceptional views of a marina and Boca Ciega Bay. Boat traffic and dolphin watching from the balcony are favorite activities. Pinlin is easy to contact and very helpful. We have already booked for next year's stay.

Great place to stay for our trip to watch the Tropical Sevens. Place was tidy and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Responsive host! Would stay again!
