We stayed in this airbnb for 2N3D. We travelled with little kids and parents. So we had a unique need for a kitchen where we didn't want to feed outside food for our 2 yr old. Here is the overall feedback on the property: 1. This home is a testament to how one could build their vacation home. I would say this could be used as a model home to build a vacation home. One could argue they would have as swimming pool etc , but I would baseline this home as a very good to have and sky is always the limit of what one would aspire for 2. The home had everything that one would look for in a "home". Kitchen is fully equipped with a ton of utensils, plates, crockery etc, washing machine detergent, good number of comforters, well functional ACs, dining table, excellent sofa. 3. The home is super spacious and one would enjoy the space and peaceful living in this area. 4. Chethan(host) is very friendly, he advised me on what things I could take care of while travelling with kids.

Extremely coperative host with nice and clean stay. Very easy to travel to udupi temple. Car parking car washing facilities.. every thing is there. Very spacious rooms and kitchen. Had a great stay

Ajay is a nice host and the Big Pineapple Estate stayed true to its description. A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, nestled in a pineapple farm. Ajay's parents were also very supportive and helpful. Swimming pool is a huge bonus. Rooms were clean. Surely a place to relax, unwind and connect with nature.

Really loved staying here! The place is super peaceful and the surroundings are just beautiful, perfect if you’re looking to relax. The host was really sweet and always helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The stay was great, with peaceful surroundings. The managers at the property along with the staffs were very friendly. They took us around to see the coffee plantation, stream and the sunset. The food was great and they have an amazing chef.

This place is totally worth it if you actually want to stay away from the crowd. The place is at the very heart of the forest. The host Abhishek is really helpful and even adaptable with check in and check out timing. He guided us with the direction to the Airbnb and also made sure that any requests made by the guest are accepted. If you are making a booking to this Airbnb, I highly recommend you to contact Abhishek and let him know that you are going to have the dinner and breakfast at the location itself because I don't want you guys to miss the amazing food prepared by Venkatesh. Please make sure to inform in advance the veg and non veg counts. Care takers Nithin and Santosh also helped us by providing extra comforters and towels for our room. Overall this is a pretty amazing Airbnb wrt the location food vibe and people.

Saroja mam has been extremely helpful, kept communicating with us until we reached back Bangalore post our stay. Truly home feeling. The property is right close to the main road, easy to find. Property was pretty much clean when we reached with an option to prepare basic foods in the kitchen in case you need. It has got a terrace also in case you want to relax a bit. It has been a great stay in this property at Manipal and would be happy to recommend others Only 1 suggestion, if the kitchen utensils could be replaced with new ones (seems to be little old), then it would give more flexibilities to prepare some foods on need basis. The property is absolutely stunning. Quiet, with just birds chirping and the sound of a flowing stream in the distance. In the evenings and night, you hear the wind. Rooms are nice, cozy and have an old world charm, gazebo is a definite ++ and there is a fire pit too to warm you when it's chilly. Food is absolutely great. The dosas are the best we have had ever. Beautifully aromatic, one of a kind! Other food that we ordered was great too, good portions and taste! There are quite a few things to do around - one can hike, go to viewpoints, go on a temple run, ride their bikes or just be lost in estate wilderness and walking trails. For us, the biggest value of the place was nature in its full glory without the hazards and distractions of the modern world. Beautiful, and we would very much like to be back! P.s. bring your doggos! They will love it! Ours just wanted to sun bathe or go for nature walks!

Homestay inside a huge coffee plantation estate.. the bunglow is also gigantic with plenty of common sitting area, huge balcony and 3 big bedrooms. Food was excellent with great malnad cuisine and extensive options. extremely peaceful, would love to recommend. Since part of the huge estate, so no other shops or restaurant nearby. And having a vehicle is mandatory
