We loved this beach house! Great location, sunsets, clean, well appointed and beautiful. We would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved this place! Literally walk right to the beach in under a minute! Marks place was extremely clean, very organized and well thought out! I also noticed this particular section of the beach wasn’t very busy. I believe it’s due to it only being residential in the vicinity, which made for nice, peaceful and quiet days on the beach. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a welcome card and some chocolates which made for a wonderful touch. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Already planning when we can return again!!

The house is located right off the bay with its own beach. Great back deck for sitting and watching the sunrise or just relaxing and listening to the waves. The house is easy to get to and find, It also seems to be a bit quieter on that side of the island.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

We had a great week at the house. Debbie was very responsive when a beach chair broke, due to salt water rusting. She brought new chairs the next morning. The house is brand new and well appointed. Beach was chilly but fantastic. We took advantage of the tennis club membership and played a match and visited the gym. Overall, it was excellent. We would definitely come back!

Booked this place with no reviews and it turned out to be a great spot! This Airbnb should really say it’s ON the beach—you’re literally 350ft from the water… you read that right. Provided some beach gear, which was a nice touch. We brought our own since we’re from Orlando, but the beach cart they had was helpful. The area is quiet and very walkable. We loved walking to the beach for sunset, less than a 2-minute walk and totally worth it. The fully enclosed yard was a bonus, especially with the lights at night. The pool and jacuzzi both worked great. A/C got nice and cold, and the beds were comfortable (though the master bed frame was a bit creaky). It’s a small home, but it was perfect for our group—two couples and a toddler. The couch was comfy for hanging out, and the place had everything we needed. Only minor hiccup: check-out was listed as 11am in the Airbnb app, but the cleaning crew showed up at 10am. They waited outside without complaint. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrew was a very helpful and responsive host. The house was beautiful, clean and has described. we love Bradenton and will be back. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and location provided easy access to other areas.

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at a perfect house on Siesta Key. House was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing, right over the road from a few bars and restaurants (no issue with noise which I had thought might be a problem) and a 7Eleven which was super convenient. The unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 mins walk away with the softest, whitest sand I’ve ever seen in my life! Information sent from John the host was proactive, easy to understand and accurate. He was very fast to respond to messages. We loved it here, are missing it already and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

This place was everything we wanted and more! The house felt like home as it was very clean and welcoming. We just felt like we were at home during our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice with easy access to anything you would want or need. The private pool and hot tub were great, we used it everyday, and the landscape made you feel like you were in your own paradise. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in this area. Also, Bojan was super responsive for any questions that we had during our stay. He is a great host.

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home in Siesta Key and we absolutely loved it! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The outdoor pool area is great hang out spot and the location of the house is great! We were able to walk to the beach as well as to all the coffee shops and restaurants! We would highly recommend this home!

Tyka was the most amazing host, I’ve ever had! Her place is stunning, relaxing and accommodating. The plants and landscape around the pool, in the home and out front are amazing. We’d like her to come to Maine and figure out our gardens! She, herself was amazing as well, very accommodating, friendly and respectful of our privacy. We had a small issue with the ac and she was all over it! Communicated like no other! We felt more like she was our friend and not just a host. She was wonderful! Congrats to Tyka for achieving only what other hosts dream of! Loyalty… this will be my go to place when I’m in Florida!

Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. House is very roomy. Master is on opposite side of house as other two bedrooms. Two living room areas. Pool area and patio are a nice place to sit and relax. Nokomis Beach is about 10 minuted away. Close to grocery stores, etc.

We were so impressed by Brian's place, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, private, had everything you needed are just a few of the great things. One of our moat appreciated amenities was the pool, we had our own little oasis. We were also very grateful for the beach gear! This included a cooler, beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, a sand sifter, and a wagon to carry it all. Brian was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay! Close to the beach and restaurants!

As they say, location, location, location! Only a few minutes from the beach, Curt's house was a great place to stay for our Girl's Trip! Many in our group went to the beach two or three times a day, so the location was perfect. We also liked that it was in a residential area, so the traffic and noise wasn't bad at all. It was also very close to a southbound Trolley stop. The beds were comfy, and many a night we spent outdoors enjoying the seating area he has downstairs. He had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few bikes for use. Plus, two fishing poles with some tackle. Also, the new washer and dryer were great, and with five ladies, we needed them! His recommendation of Hurrican Hanks was great, and we ended up going there twice. We also loved The Donut Experience on Pine St in Anna Maria. One early morning we even saw a Possum wandering the neighborhood. Overall it was a perfect spot for our beach vacation. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! This was our 5th trip to AMI and this was our favorite rental yet. Beautiful, clean home, gorgeous pool, minutes from the beach! My mom even walked to the beach in about 10 minutes. Right around the corner from ice cream, shops and rentals. We’d love to stay at this house again!

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Wir reisten mit vier Erwachsenen Personen an und die Unterkunft hat von der Größe her für die drei Tage, die wir da waren, komplett ausgereicht. Es war alles äußerst sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar für einen perfekten Strandtag hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und sogar ein kleiner Wagen für den Transport waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!
