We found the lodge perfect for our needs. The dishwasher is a bit difficult to pull out.We really enjoyed our stay.

From start to finish Jane was a tremendous host. Kind and thoughtful with little touches to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday. We weren’t sure about renting a static home, but it was tremendous, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed. You can tell that Jane takes great pride in what she does. Would have no hesitation in booking again.

We booked last minute on Friday for our BH stay. The caravan is beautiful and private with gorgeous views over the Ribble valley. Julie and Faye were so responsive in their messages, I asked a LOT of questions haha but they were so helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do. The caravan is clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. We really loved staying there and will be booking again soon. Don’t think twice about booking! The decking facing the views was such a treat! Thanks Julie and Faye for a really lovely peaceful weekend! x

It’s our second visit to this lodge. Booked this for the Easter bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately due to my father being taken into hospital we had to leave after just 20 hours, so was gutted we missed out on being there.

Teapot Cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It was very well kitted out, decorated very nicely, and had lots of nice touches to make our stay even better. Lammisa was a great host - very responsive and friendly, and was happy to help whenever needed. There's great local amenities within walking distance, and several local villages and towns within a short drive, including Ennerdale Lake. The place was very comfortable, with plenty of seating indoor and out, with several comfy beds suitable for a group of adults. The only thing to be aware of is that the bedroom with the bunk beds has very little storage space, so if you're staying for a few days and have a large bag/suitcase - you'll need to find somewhere else to put it! Overall - we were all very pleased with this stay and we'd definitely book again in future.

Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Lovely little spot not far from beach and town centre with local spots to eat and drink nearby and great access for walking in the lakes Lovely accommodation with lovely huge bed, rainfall shower and the hot-tub was lovely Andrew always replied quickly and was very helpful

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was cosy and convenient for what we wanted to do. Steve and Helen couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. They provided extra little treats and access to a washing machine. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

A newly refurbished property with a very high quality finish. The layout has clearly been very carefully thought out. There is more than enough room for even a full capacity of 14. We didn’t feel cramped with plenty of room for dining and relaxing. High ceilinged rooms and large windows give the whole property a light and airy feel. The promenade is only a minute away and there are lots of good restaurants just around the corner on Redbank Road. A really great place for a large group and exceptionally good value for money. A particularly nice touch was the generous provision of complimentary soft drinks, beer and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival.
