Spacious rustic home with a lot of charm for a getaway with our family. Deb was very welcoming and gave helpful recommendations for exploring Warwick. A nice surprise were the toys in the white room, kept our 4 year old occupied on a cold day. Thanks for having us.

Jennifer was a great host, and the appartment was well equipped and fantastic to chill out at for a few days. The balcony was great to sit out in the sunshine and the beach and restaurants were all in easy walking distance. I would not hesitate to go back should my travels take me back to New York.

Great space, very large and lots of interesting items and books. Mostly quiet and safe. Bathroom very clean, great shower pressure. Hosts had a lot of recommendations and everything was thoughtfully supplied. Area itself is not bad, convenient access to the Q and B and other lines. I really enjoyed exploring the various cuisines, better than stuff you'd find in Manhattan even. About 30-40 min to get to Manhattan or Brooklyn downtown, so not bad given price/space area.

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

This place was perfect for what we needed over the weekend! We visited for a wedding, and the location was just a few miles from the venue. The home was clean and the bed was cozy. Definitely would stay here again!

From the moment of booking, Martin was friendly and very helpful in providing clear information and responding to messages quickly. Nancy was also very welcoming and provided a clear and informative check in. The apartment was easy to find, being a short walk from the subway station (I used the Subway at 96th street and Broadway), plenty of shops and eateries are nearby. There is a Whole Foods store nearby for pretty much everything, I also ate at Effys Cafe which is one street over. The apartment is very close to central park, which is great for walking ( or just to sit and relax), I found the ravine, Harlem meer and the conservatory gardens very good places to see. Finally the apartment itself is a great place as an oasis to relax in after a busy, noisy and tiring day ( the bed is very comfortable) and having the added benefit of an outside area for when the weather is good. I found the shower was great to use and loved having fresh coffee each morning. I would book again.

Patrecia and Birane's place was very cozy and we felt right at home. They had all the things listed and all the bed linens towels were clean and washed. Sofabed in the living room was large and comfortable enough to sleep, like the other beds in the other rooms. They were also very responsive with our requests and helped us enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

David's Airbnb is the best place to stay at if you're looking for quiet and safe location to rest in. In my case the perfect place to get work done without any distractions and get some much needed rest. The place was filled with all the necessary essentials, from clean dishware and towels/toiletries and even extra food to use. David, the host himself, was also incredibly helpful throughout the Airbnb stay; consistently responsive. Checks in on you to make sure if you're ok and to answer any questions you may have. Finally the best thing about this host is that while I did not know what to do around the neighborhood; David was kind enough to provide a binder full of information regarding restaurants, things to do, and details about the Airbnb itself. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for the homely aesthetic, peaceful neighborhood, and access to variety things to do. I most definitely look forward to reserving this Airbnb again in the future.

Kayla’s place was great! Amenities are unmatched. The gym was really cool, the movie theater was fun and that sauna was very relaxing! We had a few issues with the heat that Kayla controls from her phone, but she was very responsive and easy to communicate with working to resolve it. Check in and out was easy. We ordered in most nights and the uber delivery didn’t take long to get out there. Overall I’d recommend this place!

Joy and Ronnie were so kind and accommodating. They helped me with my mountain of luggage as i was traveling cross country. They helped me feel so comfortable, i barely realized I was not renting an entire place to myself. Beautiful place, awesome hosts. I'd stay again!

What a find! They take pet friendly to the next level. The fenced in yard was beautiful, nice seating area outside, at night we sat in the sun room with the electric fireplace for a nice ambiance. Even though one bed is a pull out you wouldn’t know it when sleeping on it. Nice separation of sleeping spaces. The breakfast options and the little coffee pot were perfect! I love you had variety of milks available. We had such a great time and wish we had more time to spend there. We will book again. Thank you again for a great visit!

this was perfect for my trip. close to some essential locations. the home is very well kept. only note for any plus sized travelers is the shower stall might be a tight fit. if i find myself back in amityville i’ll definitely book here again.

We had a great stay at Alexis’ place. The shower had great water pressure and we were happy to have coffee provided for us to start our days. The bed was one of the most comfortable AirBnB beds ever slept in.

When planning, I had no idea I had chosen a five-star gem—I simply followed the glowing reviews and trusted my instincts. After staying there, it became clear why this host is considered one of the most thoughtful and charming on Airbnb. It felt as though the space had been prepared for a beloved family member's visit: eggs, waffles, bottled water, snacks, apples, cleaning supplies, an abundance of towels—everything one might typically run to the store for upon arrival was already thoughtfully provided. I’m still not over how comfortable the beds were, immaculately clean and cozy—and the neighborhood was both beautiful and safe. This was a good place to stay at very everything was just as described. Mena was very helpful and easy to communicate with! She had the place ready earlier than check in time giving us the option to check in earlier than listed!

This place lived up to glowing reviews already available for this listing. The apartment was cozy, the proximity to the subway was fantastic, and the neighborhood has great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Michael is a fantastic host. I’d go out of my way to stay there again.

Marc’s place was very clean. Despite being an upper level of a multi-level home, there was no noise from downstairs. The neighborhood was quiet. Despite it being all street parking, we were able to park our big rental SUV very close to the apartment each day.
