The view was amazing and the place was so nice. Stanley was very responsive. The location is great for snorkeling at the beach. I would stay here again.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we were very pleased with the accommodations and instructions. We will be happy to recommend this condo. Also loved how quiet and peaceful it was and within walking distance to many activities.

Great place to stay! Comfortable apartment with a nice pool, walkable to the beach, short drive to Grace Bay and restaurants. Good option for saving some money as compared to pricey resorts. Highly recommend!

I needed a place for one night by the airport as I came in a day before my resort stay. Rosie’s was perfect for me! It was small, cute, clean and cozy. Twin bed and large tv, excellent a/c. Rosie was extremely pleasant and kind. Take her up on her offer of picking you up at the airport for a small charge. The airport taxi monitor didn’t really want to put me in a regular airport taxi, and ended up calling her to come and get me anyway!! :)

Perfect stay for our short trip, would definately recommend! Anya's home is exactly as pictured. Clean, ample parking, safe, and walkable to the beach and town area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Eddy was super helpful in not only the checking in, but also was able to accommodate a late checkout which was really helpful. Lovely relaxing place, had all the amenities you’d expect and a great central location on the island. Very easy to get everywhere. Great to have beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Also found it very helpful to have some condiments in the kitchen which saved the hassle of buying these for a short trip. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Small touches but make a big difference. Overall a great stay and would recommend. Thanks Eddy.

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

My mom and I booked extremely last minute and were welcomed right away. The instructions were very clear and the house was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that we could not get the stove/ oven to turn on and weren’t able to cook the food we bought.

Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

My family stayed at Kumbar Villa for ten nights. It was clean, more than spacious, safe, quiet, and had everything we needed. Sushma was an amazing host; very responsive, friendly, readily available if needed, and made sure our stay was perfect. This was our 5th time on Provo. We adventure all over the island every day, but are partial to staying in Leeward and would definitely recommend staying at this villa. The beaches (duh!), snorkeling, seafood ravioli at Mango Reef, banana daiquiris at The Terrace, salmon salad at Cocovan, and daily chai lattes at Lemon 2 Go or Shay Cafe are already calling my name. Okay, maybe the Pot Cakes too. If you haven’t been to TCI, this is your warning… you WILL fall in love. It’s all so amazing and beautiful; the weather, the beaches, the locals, the culture, the drinks, the food… all of it! Thank you for the hospitality, Sushma! We can’t wait for our next trip.

We loved our stay here. The complex is situated on a little hill which produces a beautiful view. The location was great-away from the more commercial area, but close enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach, and great snorkeling. Also we never felt unsafe walking to/from any of the places we visited, even in the evening. And even though we were there over spring break for some, the property remained quiet and clean for our visit. Overall it was a really great trip and stay!

I was like a kid in a candy store upon entering the room at the beautiful view of the ocean. This place was 15-20 minutes from all the beaches we visited - Grace Bay, Bight Beach (only 6 minutes away), Sapodilla Bay, and Long Bay Beach. All are beautiful but a little different. This place had all the little extras that made it so much nicer. There were paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, soap in bathrooms and enough items for cooking and dishes. The Thursday Fish Fry was also fantastic. We really enjoyed the food vendors. We also walked a dog from Potcake rescue on the beach. That was the longest line we had to wait in. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to return.

Sharon was a gracious and responsive host, from booking all the way to check out! The property looked just like the photos (very beautiful - especially the view) and we enjoyed dining at 3 restaurants from her guidebook. The beach was really close and easily accessible. Certainly recommend this property to anyone! 🙌🏽😄

Adam's condo is a traveler's paradise! This condo gives you a close proximity to Leeward's Sunset Beach and all of the amenities of Grace Bay if you have a rental car. Parking is free and the pool is nice for a swim on a warm day. The apartment itself is a modern one bedroom outfitted with convenient amenities. The electric appliances and marble finishes were easy to keep clean and helped us save money by cooking breakfast each day before our excursions. In addition to convenient, we also found the apartment to be quite comfortable. Coming from New York City, we found the size of the condo to be larger than our own and spent some time utilizing the common area for work and watching movies in the evenings. The only time we did have an issue with the condo, Adam was a very responsive host and arrived within minutes to assist us. He resolved the issue right away and messaged us intermittently to ensure everything was going well with our stay. We would defintely rebook in the future!

Great space! Clean, felt safe (gated complex, well lit, respectful other guests/tenants). Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. The AC nice and cold, pool was amazing and almost unused (except by us!). Karen provides lots of amenities such as sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart them in. Cannot go wrong staying here!!
