we stayed in the sunset apartment. the windows face the forest. it was very comfortable. we describe it as beach rustic. Doon, Taja's mom, who runs the Airbnb, was very helpful and available for questions and recommendations.

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Nette kleine Unterkunft mit einen tollen Bar direkt daneben. Das Essen sowie die Getränke dort sind wirklich sehr gut und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit Michelle hat super und unkompliziert funktioniert. Ein früherer Check In war absolut kein Problem. Ich war hier bereits zum dritten Mal und würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Fantastic spot and location! The bay is literally steps away from the home. I would recommend the space for anyone looking for a relaxing place to rest with a full kitchen and a beautiful beach. Ps: walk to the dock at night, the stargazing is amazing!

Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

This home was beautiful, serene, and perfect for our family! It’s always a treat to stay in someone’s home who has thought of everything… down to chargers, outlets and lights exactly where you want them. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-apportioned and the cooking tools and utensils made the home easy to navigate and enjoy. Wallace and Kathy were both responsive, helpful and offered really helpful suggestions. We loved it and would definitely suggest to everyone!

Deborah’s place was amazing to say the least, amazing location, close to the airport and what an amazing view from there. Our host was very responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Deborah’s place. Also there is a nice little beach area in the back. Wonderful time in a beautiful place.

This charming cottage in Rainbow Bay, Eleuthera, is the perfect island retreat! Nestled in a peaceful setting with breathtaking ocean views, it offers a cozy and well-appointed space for relaxation. The location is very nice, just minutes from beautiful Rainbow Bay Beach and local dining spots. Toni and Alex were quick to reply to any of our messages leading up to the stay and their property manager was very kind when we messaged her during our stay as well.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Florian and Alicia were super helpful and generous with their time. Anytime we had a question or an odd request, a screwdriver for my husband’s kite surfing gear, they were right on top of it! The kitchen had everything we needed and the easy walk to the grocery store made cooking at the villa super easy. Transportation was easy to find right outside the villa to get us where we needed to go each day or we contacted Kevin on the days we needed to go a little further. The little beach right outside the villa was perfect and the view was amazing! We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting Nassau in the future!

Our third year at The Gate House and each time it feels like coming home! Of all the vacation rentals we’ve experienced world wide, it’s the “best ever!” team of Owner and Caretaker: Stephanie and Harrison. Both people are extremely efficient, responsive, reliable, friendly and kind. The Gate House is very well equipped. The private pool is fantastic. Spectacular view from the expansive front windows and deck. Quiet and peaceful property! Caretaker Harrison is readily available. And by request, for example, he will cook delicious dinners, provide fresh produce from his farm, and suggest visits to local sites. His smile and generous hospitality seem boundless. Harrison is all around wonderful! Owner Stephanie is very responsive and wants to hear from renters of any needs or questions. It is obvious she cares deeply about this magical place. The house was great with amazing water views and access. It is an older home but is clean and overall, taken care of. Homes on the water can take a beating from the weather/conditions. Ocean views, water access, water side pool, 5 bedrooms and all the water toys (snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board) for this price is a great value. We had a party of 8 and the house was more than large enough. The outdoor area was great, with several different areas to hang out. The bulkhead was in great condition and was an amazing place to take in the sunrise/sunsets (in April). Fany and Lou were great and the communication was exceptional. They were kind, informative and helpful. They were forth coming when things weren't working (the hot tub stopped working after our booking) and they reached out immediately to inform us if there were any changes to the property. As others have mentioned, this isn't a brand new, renovated property, but the value is great. Thank you!

I hesitate to write the truth and let the world know how perfect this place is for fear it will never be available to rent again! It was one of the best airBNBs that one could stay in. The location is basically on a private beach with amazing sea lift! We saw turtles, a shark, tons of starfish, rays, fish, conch, etc. right off our beach! We barely saw another soul on the whole beach. We walked, swam and sunned! The house is enormous and loaded with supplies. We cooked and grilled. We have plenty of space for two families of 8. It is only a 10-15 drive from the airport. Our teens and the adults loved it. Our hosts were responsive and so kind and helpful. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

My husband and I stayed at Krista’s home for 5 nights with our two young daughters. This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The house was beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed and more. The location is incredible, the beach is beautiful and we will absolutely be back. Location made it easy to drive to governor’s harbor almost every night for dinner and throughout the week as we needed things. We felt incredibly safe in the home and on the island in general. Lovely people in Eleuthera and a wonderful experience staying at La Concha.

We stayed ten days at the Hibiscus house and could never get tired of the view from the patio relaxing on four comfortable loungers. The kitchen was well equipped; we cooked almost every meal there. Starlink worked great even when the power went out a couple of times, but the generator is easy to start if you need it. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is perfect for two couples. The Kaliki Hut is was great for shade on the beach. Current is a small somewhat isolated settlement with few people and that's what we like. And Agatha has everything under control.

Robert’s place was better than the pictures! It was a perfect set up for a small group (4 adults and 2 kids). Had all the amenities of home plus a beautiful ocean to wake up to every day, kayaks, life jackets, volleyball net, etc. the island itself is still rebuilding, but it was so peaceful and the restaurant at Bahama Beach Club had great food for a night out. Also was an easy drive to the ferry over to green turtle where the kids were ecstatic to swim with the turtles. Would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely beautiful as the house is just a 30 second walk from the beach. Martha was wonderful and helped us get a rental car. The house is very clean, probably one of the cleanest Airbnb homes I’ve been to. I was surprised to see there was no information left of detailed restaurants, outings, etc. We basically had to figure that stuff out by googling, which is fine but this is something that stood out as something that could have helped. If you rent here, you will definitely need a car and we didn’t know this until we got there. Other than that, the location is 10/10 if you are looking for true beauty and peace.

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so
