This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. A lot of restaurants nearby. Including a cafe downstairs connected to the Airbnb. The atmosphere is very home-like. I enjoyed my stay. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Lee is a great host. And the place was amazing. On 41st floor, it’s a pent house and not a room. So feels like a suite home. Lee is very helpful and we highly recommend the place

Such a cute little studio apartment! I booked very last minute but Huong was still very responsive and accommodating! It was stocked with all the basic amenities, and even if it was out of something, Huong was quick to grab it for us! The elevator was also down for a bit but maintenance was super quick to fix the problem as well. The area was nice and was in walking distance to a lot of spots. I would book again for my next trip to Vietnam!

We had a great stay at Trang's place The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Looks just as on the pictures with a beautiful view from the balcony. The whole building/block is massive but well maintained and in a perfect location. There is also security downstairs but not like it matters as everywhere around feels save. Trang arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport and she replies quickly in case you need anything. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment.

fantastic apartment close to beach in nice friendly neighborhood . was great having a washer in unit very convenient. full kitchen altough food so cheap to order, you can still cook what you want or have dietary needs. wifi good. no noise quiet place ,rooftop for suntanning and hanging laundry only cons bed a bit hard and no microwave otherwise perfect stay

Vincent and Sami offer the great host. Vincent is really responsive and try to accommodate the guest at his best. My flight to Da Nang was delayed and he stayed late to greet me at the door with clear and mindful instructions to the room. The room itself is clean, nicely decorated and has all you need to feel being like home.

I loveeee this place. It is small but has anything a person would need. I especially like the clear instruction for each light switch. I did not have to guess which light I turned on 😂. The bath room surprisingly has more amenities than I expected with the limited space. Sami arrange everything so neatly and nicely. I live how she uses the wooden frame to cover the light switches and use pot plants to decorate every shelf in sight. The place is filled with her thoughtful act. I understand why Sami is the best and recomended host.

This is such a lovely homestay, and the hosts are so wonderfully nice and helpful. If you want to get to know how the locals live in a homestay where you are treated like a guest of the family, I can’t imagine a better choice! I feel grateful for the hospitality and for the chance to share their beautiful home. While in this area, I highly recommend you rent a motorbike and go check out Hai Van Pass. One of my favorite day trips ever!

The place was beautiful and matched the pictures that were posted. The host was very responsive and helpful. I even got help with finding my taxi at the end of the stay. Would definitely recommend booking here! Ps. The WiFi is very strong and works great.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

This place is stunning! The kitchen, dining and living rooms is newly renovated with modern finishes, high end appliances and a massive TV. The bedrooms might not match the aesthetic of the living room but they are clean, spacious and have tons of storage. The apartment also has great views of the city and dragon bridge. Tran’s customer service is spectacular! From flexible check in, allowing me to drop off my bags 4 hours early, helping with my bags, showing me around the building and recommending restaurants and a gym. She’s very friendly and proactive…she brought a microwave 30 minutes after I requested one.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!

Ngoc is superb. Communication is proactive and effortless. Location is just the best. The flat is cozy. Small bits can be better but I found my new regular place in Da Nang :) Thank you Ngoc!
