This was our first time to stay at Lake Lewisville. The location was fantastic with plenty of space to sleep 12-14 people. The backyard was the best part! Cool layout, swimming pool, bar area, and big TV’s everywhere. Note to anyone bringing a boat - there is not a place to launch or dock your boat at the house however it’s not far from the house to put in the water

This house was perfect for what we needed. The area was quiet, the trees and property were beautiful. The pool looked fantastic, too bad it was too cool to get in. The sitting area outside was perfect.

Our family has tried quite a few air bnb’s over the years and this was right up with the best of them. Very clean, everything as described and the kids loved the games room/garage conversion. Would definitely recommend

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and fully stocked. Parking was super easy and convenient. The house is about a 30-minute to 40-minute drive to downtown Dallas. I would stay here again.

Considering that I reserved the place only a few days prior, everything was excellent. The house was beautiful and the pool and hot tub pristine. The view in mid-spring is incredible. And everything was so quiet.

Jennifer was a great host very responsive and showed great hospitality. The home was presented as the pictures shown. I love to travel with children so any place to make them feel safe and comfy is always 5 stars for me. Thank you again Jennifer for making the accommodations and making This trip and home away from home.

Great place for families! First of all, Stephen was so great at communicating and accommodating our needs. He even bought a new high chair for our toddler (we appreciate it so much!). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is so close great playgrounds, grocery stores and restaurants. The pool and spa were great.

This is the most charming home away from home. We have never stayed in an Airbnb and were a little apprehensive. This ended up being a perfect place for our family to stay during a remodel that went from a 3 week timeline to 10 weeks. Adam was so accommodating with our changing timeline and making sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this place for a short or extended stay!

The house was everything you could need with plenty of space and extra common areas. The theater room was great to get the kids to settle down at night and a separate office allowed for a quiet area to get some work done.

We stayed at Birdsong Retreat for a family wedding. It was great for what we needed. However, the neighborhood was run down. Also, the back yard needs to be replanted. There’s no grass as pictured.

Jennifer’s house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, had all the necessities, perfect space and the neighbors were so nice. It truly was a beautiful place. Jennifer also responded so quickly when we had any questions! We would absolutely stay here again!

One of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had! Lots to do on the lake within walking distance to the house. We hope to be back soon!!

The house was clean and well kept. Highly recommend the place for anyone who’s looking to stay with family and friends.

Room to gather and play. Room to get some private time. Walk right to the beach. Lots of outdoor and indoor play spaces. Our blended families ages 1 to 65 had so much room to connect and make memories. Thank you for sharing your home. And yes it felt like home.

Our stay was relaxing and the home was impeccably maintained. We were close to downtown and to our friends; it was so convenient. It was so nice to come downstairs to the kitchen in the morning and have morning coffee sitting outside on the porch. It was one of our best stays in Denison and we will be back!!!

Great place to stay. Wish there was a bigger seating sofa in the living space. The water sprinkler at the entrance is protruding and we tripped on it in the night and the bushes at the entrance needs some trimming. Other than this, the home is great with nice big backyard.

Ron’s place is beautifully located in a clean neighborhood. It’s very peaceful and we found the place to be very well maintained. Ron is very well responsive and kind.

Lou’s home is absolutely adorable. Spacious and charming. Comfortable for 2 adults and their cat. Ate at the local Roma Italiano restaurant. Amazing food made from scratch by authentic Italians! Highly recommend.

We had a great family weekend. We swam in the pool, walked to the lake, watched the sunset, played bean bag toss, and loved the Texas shaped putting green! The house was amazing They have the most comfortable pillows ever!!!

We had an excellent time. So peaceful, so many things to do. Best part is sitting on the porch watching the wildlife. Fishing was good!
