Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: acogedora, limpia, con una decoración preciosa y todo lo necesario para disfrutar. El entorno es ideal para desconectar y el jardín con barbacoa y piscina fue un plus. El anfitrión muy atento. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Vi var 10 personer som firade en födelsedag här nere. Rymligt lyxigt hus direkt på stranden. Stor pool och flera ytor där man kunde dra sig undan om man behövde jobba eller få en lugn stund. Andrea och hennes man var så trevliga och snabba att svara och åtgärda om det var nån fundering. Smakfullt, lyxigt och genomtänkt med alla moderna detaljer samt tekniska lösningar. Ett drömboende jag skulle vilja ha för familj och vänner. Villa Thorodin får 5 stjärnor.

La villa di Robert è semplicemente meravigliosa, tranquilla e l'ideale per un weekend di relax. La posizione è fantastica, con una bella vita su Calp ed il Penyal d'Ifach. Alicante, Benidorm e Valencia sono tutte e meno di un'ora e mezza di distanza. L'host si è sempre dimostrato gentile e proattivo, alloggiare presso di lui è stato un piacere e speriamo di poter tornare prestissimo. Grazie ancora

Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

David’s house was the perfect house for us and visiting family. A great place set in a beautiful quiet area. We felt very much at home here. David was the perfect host, very responsive, friendly and helpful!. Thanks very much David!

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

Hemos pasado unos días muy felices con toda mi familia en la casa de Mane. La propiedad es muy cómoda y bien pensada para pasar una estancia perfecta. Todos los electrodomésticos, las camas , la ropa de cama, la cocina y los utensilios de la cocina, son de buena calidad . la piscina es de buen tamaño y esta súper cuidada. En la casa hay mucha tranquilidad y la vista del bosque es muy relajante. La casa tiene tres dormitorios amplios en una planta. Dos de ellos no tienen aire acondicionado solo ventiladores. Nosotros no hemos pasado calor pero en el anuncio esta circunstancia no se ve clara y creo que hay que especificarlo porque en verano Jávea es muy calurosa. El dormitorio principal si tiene aire acondicionado y un baño en suit. Por otro lado, el jardín es amplio pero está mucho menos cuidado de lo que se ve en el anuncio de la casa. Pese a estos detalles , recomendaría la casa de Mane para pasar unas estupendas vacilones

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We had an incredible stay at Thomas´s beautiful house in Calpe! Perfect for our group of 11, the home is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is fantastic, with stunning views that made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. The outdoor dining area was perfect for evening meals, The location is ideal—close enough to the beach and town (10 minutes drive), yet wonderfully peaceful. The hosts were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

Our group arrived in two small groups. we were met at the property and a pinned map was available for taxis. Kevin was amazing at sorting our taxi requirements throughout our easter stay

Wij bleven met ons gezin van 5 in deze prachtige villa. Het huis heeft een zeer fijne buitenruimte waar je heerlijk kan zitten, ontbijten, dineren en relaxen. De communicatie met avanoa is erg gemakkelijk en fijn! De woonkamer in het huis is ruim met een ruime keuken waar je eigenlijk alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. De slaapkamers zijn wat kleiner. In de ‘master bedroom’ met eigen badkamer is het bed niet heel groot als je er met z’n tweeën wilt slapen. De rest van de slaapkamers in het huis hebben 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Dan heb je nog een aparte ruimte beneden het huis met eigen voordeur. Deze slaapkamer is erg ruim maar slaap je dus wel apart van de rest. Je hebt geen eigen parkeerplek. Je kan de auto parkeren in de straat ernaast, wel een smalle straat. Overall, erg mooie plek waar je verliefd wordt op het uitzicht. We hebben genoten.

The cleaning team ensured the villa was spotless and had great attention to detail. Would love to stay again and highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone wanting a magical holiday!

Cinco estrellas es poco para valorar este alojamiento, lo primero, la puntualidad y amabilidad en el recibimiento, luego, la casa es increíble y las fotos no le hacen justicia, está en una localización inmejorable, estaba muy limpio todo y hemos disfrutado de una semana estupenda. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, amplitud y limpieza.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec sa piscine qui est bien grande. La maison était propre et grande pour une famille avec les enfants, point positif pour la télé qui dispose de netflix et d’autres appli idéal pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’endroits à visiter dans les environs proposé par Agatha, très belle région 🙂. Je recommande l’endroit.

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

la maison est vraiment très jolie, très bien équipée et très propre. proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage de Javea. walter a été très réactif, très sympathique et très efficace. je recommande vivement

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena. Casa Cádiz es una casita acogedora a buen precio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax. Cerca tienes todos los servicios necesarios como supermercados, tiendas y gasolineras. Muy recomendable si buscas un lugar tranquilo para pasar días con la familia.

We had a wonderful week with our three little kids in Steves Villa. The pool is the most beautiful we have seen so far - a very special experience. Both terraces have a great sea view and you will find every equipment you can think of. On top of that, Steve is an amazing host as he was the one who managed that our car which had a broken tire was fixed - we are so thankful for his support.

What an incredible place! It was a real privilege to stay here. A villa by the sea with spectacular views, a private pool, huge secluded outdoor space, 2 mins walk from a beach and 1 minute from the tram taking you into central Alicante in 10 minutes seems an impossible ask but that is what this place offers. Amazing for a group get together; we couldn't have been happier. The photos don't do the place justice once you add in blue skies and sunshine! Inside the villa is very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs is a kitchen, large living/dining area, a twin bedroom and adjacent bathroom, upstairs is an ensuite twin bedroom, another bathroom and two more bedrooms (a twin and a double). The final bedroom (annexe) is a ground floor twin en suite with own front door opposite the main front door. As others have said the bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated and kitchen a bit cut off, but there's an outdoor fridge and BBQ area too, and the kitchen is well equipped. Would love to go back!
