We had a lovely stay in Sardinia! Max and Lory were truly great hosts – incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their two beautiful dogs, Viva and Hector, were absolutely sweet, and our 5-year-old loved playing with them. The apartment is very well equipped – you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, no-stress stay. Max and Lory even stocked the fridge with plenty of breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is a bit removed from the town and beaches, so you’ll need a car, but it’s peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The pool is beautiful and well maintained – although the water was around 20°C in early May, so it was a bit chilly for long swims. Our kid still jumped in a couple of times! I can imagine it’s perfect from June through September. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm, well-prepared place with wonderful hosts and a personal touch!

Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Zeit auf Sardinien in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen! Die Lage ist super – ruhig und umgeben von atemberaubender Natur. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die großzügige Terrasse, auf der wir abends bei einem Glas Wein den Sternenhimmel beobachten konnten. Lucia waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Es war spürbar, dass sie viel Wert darauf legt, dass ihre Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Danke für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Très bon séjour chez Paolo qui a été un hôte exceptionnel et qui a su s'adapter malgré nos retards, encore merci ! Le logement est très joli, il y a tout le nécessaire, il est propre et spacieux. Très beau cadre !

wir waren für 1 Woche zu Gast in dieser feinen sehr gepflegten + gemütlichen Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Costa Rei. Es hat an nichts gemangelt, die Kommunikation mit Paolo war top und er war jederzeit für Tips + Ratschläge verfügbar, auch der flexible Check-Out war top. Der Ort selbst ist für reinen Strandurlaub (mit Auto) geeignet, die eher spärliche Gastronomie vor Ort mit 'reichlich Luft nach oben' ändert nichts an einer wirklich schönen Unterkunft, die uns eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung geschaffen hat. Klare Weiterempfehlung für ein paar ruhige erholsame Tage, alles top.

Wat een mooie lokatie om onze vakantie te mogen doorbrengen. Het huis is heel compleet ingericht. Louisiana is echt heel aardig en gastvrij. Zijn goed bereikbaar via whats app. Wij voelden ons heel erg welkom. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk. Wij voelden ons heel erg verwend.

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un endroit idyllique, calme, arboré, décoré avec soins et avec un agencement cosy. Ce lieu ressemble à un havre de paix. Il est reposant. Notre hôte Patrizia est attentionnée, accueillante chaleureuse , souriante. Nous avons adoré et nous y serions restés plus longtemps si nous l’avions pu.

Super logement pour une famille de kiteurs avec enfants. Le grand jardin, la piscine et le trampoline on ravis nos enfants.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L' alloggio era pulito e ben organizzato, c'è anche la possibilità di cenare in giardino. Parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa sempre disponibile, in zona tranquilla. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili e gentili. Esperienza ottima

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

Alles wie beschrieben und direkt am Kite Spot. Giacomo hat uns super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Kurz gesagt: Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft. Sie ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet.Die Küche ist klein aber fein, auch wenn wir erstmal googlen mussten wie ein Gasherd funktioniert :) Die Terasse läd zum Frühstück mit Aussicht aufs Meer ein und mit einem Auto ist im Süden Sardiniens fast alles in kurzer Zeit sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation/der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen da sie einen ganz besonderen Flair hat. Mann fühlt sich einfach wie Zuhause!
