Very nice Villa with plenty of space and privacy, perfect for a big group or family. The host was very responsive and accommodating so I would definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Tunis.

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

Thouraya et son mari ont été très accueillant Le logement était très propre et confortable Nous avons meme eu le droit à une visite du quartier en voiture et à un petit déjeuner avant notre départ. A 10 minutes de l’aéroport. Je recommande

La propreté du studio était irréprochable. Mr Hichem était très à l’écoute. Il répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions et il s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. À refaire 🩷

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

Un grand merci à Naïma pour sa très grande disponibilité et ses rapides réponses et à sa sœur Hayfa pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'elle nous a réservé tout au long de notre séjour.. Nous sommes touchées par tant de prévenance et de gentillesse qui nous font apprécier notre premier voyage en Tunisie. Nos demandes ont toujours été accueillies avec promptitude. Tout le long du séjour, nous nous sommes senties chez nous , ma sœur et moi et avons profité de la quiétude du logement pourvu en tout et décoré avec goût. L'environnement populaire est très respectueux et les commerçants avenants et honnêtes. C'est une adresse que nous retiendrons lors de nos prochains voyages et que nous recommandons certainement aux futurs visiteurs.

Houdas Haus war einfach nur unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Die Dekoration in jeden Räume wurde mit viel Liebe und Kunst durchdacht. So lädt das Haus zeitgleich, alt-neu und modern orientalische Ambiente ein. Jede Möbelstücke, Dekoration & Ausstattung und Farben der Räume bieten eine erholsame gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, hier wurde viel Zeit, Arbeit und Liebe reingesteckt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ich würde jedem dieses schöne Haus empfehlen, sofort! Für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist das Haus ein unglaubliches Jewel 💖. Wie haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Wenn wir Tunesien nochmal machen würden, würden wir direkt wieder dort wohnen wollen! Houda war reaktionsschnell, war immer da. Die Lage ist ruhig und sieht im ersten Augenblick nicht einladend aus. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt und mitten drin ist. Die Wege und Gassen sind sicher und sind beleuchtet, aber teilweise liegen Müll rum.

Definitely a great and very caring and responsive host. she went out of her way to accommodate us. I should have asked first, but there was no salt, pepper or oil so had to get those. Other than this excellent stay and host!

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais très calme et paisible. Localisation oratique avec Bolt (équivalent uber) ou en voiture pour vous rendre sur Tunis, la marsa, sidi bou said ou encore gammarth. Merci à Anis pour son accueil.

Room clean and tidy, hira is very friendly and it is the easiest time for me to check in. The price is worthy very much.☺️ Actually before we leave, my friend ask me to give a 5 stars. We all like this room. We fell really welcomed

J ai beaucoup apprécié le calme et l intimité de la résidence qui est au coeur du centre ville. L apparemment était très bien aménagé et très confortable . Je remercie la disponibilité et l accueil du gérant qui a était tres reactif malgré ma réservation tardive .

On ne se lasse pas de séjourner chez Maher. Deuxième séjour et toujours autant de satisfaction dans cette belle maison et dans ce magnifique environnement. Merci encore une fois à Maher pour son accueil et sa courtoisie. Et à bientôt.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour chez Mohamed, villa Magnifique très bien meublé et pratique avec une très grande piscine sans aucun vis-à-vis, tranquillité totale Mohamed et un hôtes sympathique et à l’écoute avec sont collaborateurs Houcine le séjour était agréable Je recommande vivement cette villa

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben, möchte ich die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Küche, sowie die Schlafzimmer. Man braucht nichts weiteres zu besorgen. Alles ist zentral und gut zu Fuß oder Taxi zu erreichen. Zudem steht ein Parkplatz im Haus zur Verfügung, falls man ein Auto hat. Wir werden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft der gesamten Familie! Diese Unterkunft wird wärmstens von uns empfohlen. LG :)
