The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with a fantastic view, where you can have dinner under the stars and, during the day, listen to classical music from the nearby music conservatory. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number:027043-LOC-12117 Ca' Manzoni apartment is located in an historical palace which dates back to 1300, and its name comes from the abbess Marianna Manzoni who in 1762 radically restored it, as the commemorative plaque on its façade witnesses. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. Many objects and elegant furnishing pleasingly complete the house: air conditioning, a powerful 20 mega Wifi connection and a 32 inch TV positioned in front of a wide sofa with chaise longue is hidden behind a Neo-Baroque mirror frame. Everything has been studied to make your stay in Venice comfortable, but also cosy and exclusive. A fine rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal, which is just a few steps far. This space creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars and breakfasts in the summer breeze. The apartment is situated in San Marco, the most central and also one of the liveliest districts of the city. Ca' Manzoni is served by Actv public transportation (line number 1), Ailaguna Orange line (airport shuttle) and private water taxi. The closest water bus stop is S.Maria del Giglio, situated 3 min walk from the apartment. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Appartement situé dans le QUARTIER DE CANNAREGIO, dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux restaurants typiques et bars à vin pour les habitants où vous pourrez déguster des «cicchetti» et des spritz. Il est extrêmement silencieux, étant situé dans un bâtiment donnant sur un petit jardin intérieur. Cosy, lumineux et entièrement équipé. Nous l'avons récemment rénové avec l'idée de créer un lieu agréable pour une escapade romantique. Il est facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport Marco Polo

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente, il rifugio ideale dopo lunghe giornate su e giù per i ponti. Si tratta di un VERO BNB: non siamo dei professionisti del settore. Io faccio l'insegnante e mio marito fa il cuoco. Aiutiamo la nonna a far quadrare i conti del suo pied-à-terre dove spesso si trasferisce per brevi periodi per starci vicino e soprattutto, per star vicina al suo coccolatissimo nipote. Nonostante ciò, ci impegnamo per dare il massimo confort ai nostri ospiti.

L'appartamento ha un suo stile unico, colorato, accogliente, come Venezia stessa :-). Il posto è ideale per una coppia o due amici . Può andare bene anche per una famiglia con un bambino. Se viaggiate da soli, chiedeteci un prezzo speciale! L´apartamento é situato a Carpenedo, la piu bella area di Venezia Mestre, tranquilla, verde e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro storico. Nella camera da letto c´é una tipica maschera veneziana del sole e la luna in abbraccio.

Ca' Medici - Centrale e tranquillo

Appartamento al primo piano in un tipico palazzo veneziano dell’800. Molto luminoso e posto in pieno centro storico con molti negozi e servizi, ma fuori dalla confusione. L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.
