We were so pleasantly surprised to find how sweet this place is. In a past life it was a tiny motel (8 units?) but it has been made new and tastefully appointed. It served us perfectly being clean, quiet, ground floor, a pleasant walk from the beach (not through a commercial district) and with everything we needed as pictured: quality chairs and umbrella, and a fresh little kitchen and bathroom. We made 2 dinners with wine (grilled steak for one) and 2 breakfasts with ease, lacking nothing. The Patio Bar was also a pleasant walk and after serving quality Ahi tuna nachos and drinks the first night we were happy to return the next night and have the Bang Bang shrimp. Fresh, right on Ocean Dr., reasonable price, quiet enough atmosphere (but not dead). I asked 2 questions ("verify the coffee maker has filters" and "does the place have wine opener and glasses?") and got quick replies. ("...for sure.") We didn't meet Rob, but not needing to (and still having a flawless stay) was fine.

Staying at Kevin’s was great- our second time there and check in was a breeze and accommodation was very clean and well appointed. The location is amazing!

Great stay excellent host very accommodating

This is the perfect stay only steps away from the beach and Atlantic Ave! We love the area and spend most of our time on the golf course. This studio provides everything we need for a budget friendly price.

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

I want to sincerely thank you for a wonderful stay at this house. We lived across the street from the beach. The house had everything we needed for a great stay: umbrellas from the sun, wonderful chairs on which we could lie on the ocean shore. The warm pool and a wonderful cool area with a sofa outside was a great place to relax and read a book. We often had lunch outside too! It was a wonderful stay and we appreciate Kevin being so responsive and a great host. Thank you, Kevin! I recommend this wonderful place to everyone.

My husband and I were more than pleased with our stay at this clean, comfortable, fantastic priced, close to the beach property. This property also comes with free access to the Hilton pool and beach (chairs and umbrella included). We can’t say enough good things about our stay so we booked again for next year!

Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

The house is spacious, very clean, thoughtfully equipped (games; tv in all BRs and living room; detergents etc); cute, private patio / yard which was breezy and nice for morning coffee. A great place. Close to lots of whatever you need. Equidistant from entries to Lake Wirth Beach and Lantana Beach.

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

Matt and Amy”s place was perfect for our family. They were friendly and in constant communication with us. The description was spot on and even nicer in person. Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. It was more than expected. We needed nothing, the home had it all and more. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Denise is a great host! The place was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Every detail was well thought out. It was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Tammy’s place was wonderful, peaceful and close to many great restaurants. We were there for a baseball tournament, but had many opportunities to be at the beach since it was so close to the home - a 5 min walk. Tammy’s place was well equipped and was exactly as described. Thank you Tammy.

I stayed here while visiting family nearby and the location was amazing. 5 minutes walk to the ocean and even quicker to an old Florida style family restaurant. Fenced in Patio with shower with hot and cold water, and fragrant flowers along the fence line, perfect for sitting outside in evening. Very private. Parking right next to unit which was very convenient. I really did not use the kitchen but it was beautiful, as was the rest of the unit. I plan on staying here again when I return over the summer.

Our family had a great time at this ABNB. It was a very nice, clean, and very well organized home. The location was also amazing. It was peaceful with stunning views and had excellent amenities such as the pool, tennis and others. Alicia is a great host and was very responsive.

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

Had a great stay very nice resort

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. A great sized and well equipped apartment. Perfect location being a few minutes walk to the beach and a stunning sea view from the great sized balcony. We loved exploring the local area and enjoying the pool and beach. The owner is responsive to questions and helped with local restaurant recommendations. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay at this well-kept, family-friendly condo in a secure luxury building. The location is fantastic—close to the marina, beach, restaurants, and just a short drive from PBI airport. The pools, hot tub, and workout room were a huge plus, and the onsite parking garage made coming and going so convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Alexandria was very receptive and accommodating, and it was reassuring to know someone was available onsite in case anything came up. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the great view and sound of the ocean from the living area. Getting onto the beach is quick, and the provided beach gear is excellent. The condo was spotless and well decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you would expect. The reserved covered parking spot near the elevator was a nice perk. Our host was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again!
