We loved our stay at Catherine and John's beautiful guest house in Nashville! They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful hosts, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the neighborhood was lovely and walkable with lots to do. We only wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you!

The bed: one of the comfiest beds/mattresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Very plush. Like a cloud. Location: phenomenal. Easy walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Safe enough to walk to late at night. Decor/amenities: meh. You’re not staying here for the decor or the amenities. Just a good nights rest convenient to whatever you’ve come to Nashville to experience. 10/10 value. Would stay here again.

Franks place was easy to find, plenty of street side parking available and the apartment was a perfect stay for a few nights in Nashville. It was spotless and the kitchen was really well stocked if you want to cook/stay in. Also nice walking distance to Five Points and we also walked into Downtown no problem - Would recommend

Good experience, kind host, very friendly.

We stayed for a concert at a venue about a half hour away. This was perfect for us. Although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the extras, there were plenty available. The area is small & quaint and I would’ve loved to have had time to explore. We hope to come back and would love to stay again!

This location was so beautiful and very comfortable! Our hosts were friendly and responsive! They had wonderful food recommendations that led us to our new favorite pizza joint, Yogi’s! Check-in and out was so smooth with minimal requests that were super reasonable and easy to accomplish. We were so happy to spend our 10-year anniversary here and we are so grateful that they shared their home with us! We appreciate them letting us use the patio and fire pit and we have the best, most comfortable stay! Thank you!

This was the perfect place for what we needed. It was clean and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Kids loved the foosball table and the electric organ. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of driving. Would stay again!

Eliza and Brad are great hosts - very responsive when we had any questions. The place was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable. We were visiting family that lived close by so the location was perfect for us. Loved the sunroom! Great space for our visit. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

THIS IS THE CUTEST PLACE EVER! This place is so cozy and comfy and extremely accommodating. Her communication was extremely effective and very punctual. I would stay here again, and again, and again every time I come to Nashville! It was such a beautiful experience 🩷

We’ve been to a lot of AirBnBs but this one really stands out. They thought of everything! It really is a great value in a great location! I don’t recommend waiting until dark to get there and if you’re afraid of driving up steep curves, just know that it is kind of like being at the top of a mountain. But for those reasons, it’s also a place you don’t have to worry about crime and the physical surroundings are beautiful. (You don’t see mountains from the house at least this time of year, but you are surrounded by trees and only a few neighbors.) We went to be close to our son while in the area, but we also got to “see Rock City” which was wonderful and he took us to a beautiful state park in nearby Soddy Daisy. If we had more time, we could have gone to museums etc., it’s so close to Chattanooga. I had no idea how beautiful this area was. We definitely plan to stay there whenever we visit him, to the point that we may even plan our vacation around when their place is available!

Tina was very sweet. I really enjoyed this day trip and the bedding was so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a clouds the water pressure did almost take me out lol, but I absolutely loved it. Cindi was an awesome communicator and very transparent at all times! Her place is quaint and beautiful for anyone wanting to relax. I loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the peaceful nature.

Roomy and bright with being in the basement of a home. Comfortable bed. Outside seating is now a couch with cushions, peaceful sitting out in the morning hearing the birds in a shaded space; which was pleasant even with temps hitting the high 80's during our stay. Take heed to the warning of hot water. It is a fine line between a hot or scalding shower! We would have preferred our own control of the apartments heat/air. We have family in Knoxville and are familiar with the area. Good location.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - we came for our one year anniversary and we left extremely refreshed and energized. Place was immaculately clean, backyard was magical, enjoyed the movie room, bed was comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more!

I had a lovely stay again at Will and Erica's place. It's the best place to stay in that part of Atlanta. Thanks again guys.

My wife and I headed down to Franklin TN somewhat on a whim and somehow got super lucky and landed in the Swordfish Suite on 4th and it was just simply perfect. We have stayed in a lot of short term rentals but nothing has topped this place. The location to downtown Franklin is perfect and the neighborhood is gorgeous! Once we parked our car directly in front of the apartment we never needed or wanted to use it during our stay. The suite had every single thing you could possibly need and many things you just simply wouldn’t expect to be provided. I almost hate to even bring this place to the public eye because it’s such a quaint little secret spot that we will definitely visit it again and are looking forward to. Apparently the owners have other properties that they list in the suite and we’re discussing visiting those as well making the accommodations themselves the destination! The hosts and co-host communicated everything very well and have done a great job with this place!!

We stayed here with another couple and were so impressed with the privacy. Both of the couples had their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. We didn’t need to get in contact with Kim much at all. We didn’t feel like our privacy lacked even though their primary residence is attached. We did have to cut our trip short, but that was due to severe weather going home and not to do with the beautiful home.

Khira’s place is in a good location, 5 minutes drive to downtown. The place was very comfortable with spacious bedrooms.
