Nick's place is very beautiful and cozy. Very clean and organized. Nick was also very pleasant to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely be staying there again when working in the area. 100% recommend.

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

Lisa and Al are such amazing hosts, we always feel so welcome and will be returning regularly. This place is literally a slice of Heaven and a must visit. 100 stars if I had the option. Thanks Lisa and Al for a wonderful weekend at your property!!

This place was perfect to meet our needs. It was very clean and very comfortable. There were so many options for seating. Open concept so you could enjoy being together. It was easy to find. Quiet apart from the traffic on the road. The kitchen was well stocked to with anything we would needs. We will absolutely be booking this place the next time we visit our family.

Hello Bimpe, thanks for having me stay at you're place. Just curious about you're sump pump going off quite often, not that it bothered me but I had the same issue at my last house and had to put in a battery backup pump in case of power outage or a backup generator.. I had a few floods in my basement before so...Just wondering if you have had any such incidence's? I did notice a little odor in your kitchen area and also your Dryer has a squeaking sound to it. Might want to look into that. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and hope its available again if I'm ever in the area for work in the future. Cheers

Sarah's place was just as described and pictured. Such a beautiful well decorated and cozy place. It had all the amenities listed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in North Bay. Would definitely stay again!
