Great place for a big group. Good parking for all the trucks and trailers. Convenient to town.

Perfect cottage tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. So peaceful and private. The owners being just across the field gave such peace of mind of security. Wonderful host! Beds were so comfortable!! The deer were so pretty to watch as they grazed.

This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

The place was nice and met our needs for a great trail riding trip. Appreciate the additional security of using the garage for ATV equipment.

Great place for our mission team while working in the area. We had a team of 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Shonna and her team communicated everything we needed to know about our stay. We will definitely consider booking again in the future.

The house was amazing. The parking made it very easy to navigate to 26 foot trailer in an F250 crew cab 6 1/2 foot bed super duty with room to spare the house was clean. Beautiful front porch and back deck for the family to relax on after a hard day of riding the trails.

Joseph and Catherine get it right! This Airbnb is everything you want and then a little extra. From the beautiful location to the lovely, well-appointed interior. They communicate quickly and make everything about staying here effortless and peaceful. Cedar Bluff is my hometown, and we returned for a family funeral. I've had my eye on River and Roots for a while and was pleased that it was available during the time we needed accommodations. It was perfect for my family and my fur babies. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the screened in porch was such a nice respite spot. I will definitely be looking forward to another visit. This place is amazing!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our large family. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was very inviting. We felt cozy and at home.

We had a great stay here! You get exactly what you see in the pictures. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to town and trail heads. We were able to ride Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, and Pinnacle Creek from here.

Second time staying here. This time my group rented this unit and another one next to it. Excellent place to stay and very accommodating..five stars..highly recommend this place

This place was absolutely perfect. Owner responded very quickly and made the stay stress free. I could not have asked for anything better than this location.

Carriage House was as represented. We enjoyed our stay and the area. Everything we needed was provided. Nice location and neighborhood. The Carriage house was clean with easy access. Very nice and comfortable.

Great location close to trails, food, and gas. Place is clean and nice, owner more then helpful with anything even started a fire for us at the fire pit.

We had a small issue when we arrived but the host solved our problem in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and helpful. Please be advised that this is a cabin, not a hotel or apartment. You are living in the wildlife. There may be a bug or cob web but that is expected in cabins! We loved our stay, the horses were fun to watch and the quiet peaceful area was perfect for a weekend getaway!

This is our second time staying at this cabin and it was just as amazing as the first time!! Very secluded and peaceful. Also super accommodating to pet owners as well which is our big selling point. This place is truly perfect and a nice hidden gem. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

This cabin was awesome…exceeded expectations! So cozy and cute with beautiful, peaceful surroundings. It was spotless - one of the cleanest, neatest Airbnb homes I’ve stayed in. The host responded to my questions immediately. It was also very touching to see the added touches as a tribute to Trooper Fox. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the little cabin. I will say there were several trees down and few on their way, those could be a safety concern soon but otherwise we loved our 1 night stay, it was very comfortable and peaceful.

The OC Cabin hosted by Erin was a perfect place to spend our Spring Break on the Hatfield Trails! The cabin was well equipped and offered a nice atmosphere to relax outdoors after each day of riding. The cabin is in great condition with plenty of parking and outdoor space. Neighbors were friendly and we respected their privacy as well, especially during weekday evenings. I would definitely stay again this fall if still available. Thanks so much for hosting and providing a delightful property!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The cabin was very easy to find, it's very clean, and so cozy. The cows were the best part, along with the morning deer we had seen. Thank you Amy and Will, this place is definitely somewhere we will want to come back to.
