First of all, I should sincerely thank Natalie, Thou, krisney and Linh for such an amazing homestay in our first trip to Vietnam. About property: The property is exactly as per the description with a TV, 2 beds, oven, refrigerator, Geyser, air dryer, Iron box, Washing machine and hot kettle. The property is same as a home and we felt very comfortable staying there for 6 nights peacefully. About location: The location is very near to the local market and there is a supermarket named Winmart with all basic amenities. Very comfortable place. About Host : All the hosts including Natalie, Thou, krisney and Linh are very friendly, dependable, guiding and overall the best host ever seen in the Airbnb. I would certainly thank them for all the support and guidence given by them. For the guests : Without any second thought, you can book this homestay. if you want to really roam the City, this is little far (around 5km), you can book one of the other listings of them. Overall best experience

Tolle Unterkunft, Fußläufig zur Altstadt. Khanh ist sehr nett und hat uns immer schnell geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Phung ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage top. Eine klare Empfehlung.

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

The place was neat and clean, centrally located from all the touristy places. Both Alex and Thanh were responsive to our questions and provided valuable suggestions. The apartment was comfortable and contained all necessary amenities in working condition. The only missing piece we thought was that the washrooms had no latches - but since that was only a personal preference so no big deal! Overall, a comfortable stay and value for money. 👍🏻

Lovely experience staying in a more traditional style Vietnamese home in a residential area. Every amenity is in a different floor so you'll be going up and down stairs all day - we quite liked it after a while. Piano and wall paintings a nice touch. Had everything we needed and having such space was wonderful. Beds were a bit too hard though. It is about 15-20 walk the main old quarter area, having to cross a very busy road which can be hairy at times. But on this side of the road there's local cafes, shops, Winmart etc. Mostly very quiet at night which was lovely and unusual for Vietnam! Hosts were very kind and polite, and helpful when we had trouble with the lock. Tip: try and keep bedroom doors shut as mozzies love to come in via bathrooms!

I had a great stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I have sensitive skin so the host helped out to change the bed sheets and bath towels during our stay. The location was too good to be true (pho bay and fuhoo cafe every morning seem like the best morning routine for us during our stay, literally a few steps away) so I would ignore some hiccups with cleanliness. Overalls the stay was lovely and the host was super responsive and they would fix things right away. The security guard is also nice too. Highly recommend! Thy & Trang

This place was absolutely gorgeous I wish I had seen this listing first rather then the one im staying at now. I came to Hanoi 1 day earlier than I had planned and when I say this was probably the best option I could chose it really was. Host was great provided everything that you would need granted I usually bring everything just in case. Short walk to the mall and circle k. Also the ambiance of the place just makes you feel at home in a way. The quietness of the home and location really makes it easy yo relax. I also never felt like I could hear anyone else in from outside the apartment something I feel like a lot of air bnbs struggle to block out here. I hope to stay here again for any future Hanoi trips. I will say dont book this room hoping for a view I dont care about a view at all but if you do I may say go with his other room options I simply needed an amazing space to be in for the night and it was just that. Also 10/10 for the bathroom biggest reason I booked this place.

The apartment is very spacious, and the bedrooms are very airy and bright. The building is tucked away in a small alley, so it's very quiet and private. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped for a long-term stay. The only downside is that the living room AC sometimes smells. Other than that, the apartment is totally worth the price paid.

Tolle Lage, die etwas ruhiger ist als in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr zentral! Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich war alles perfekt, da ich es sowohl zentral hatte, als auch mal etwas ruhiger und in einem Gebiet mit mehr Einheimischen. Super und jederzeit wieder!

Fabulous apartment over looking the lake - 10 mins to Old Quarter - loved staying here

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice design and decoration. Very comfortable king bed. Very easy self check-in and check-out. Laundry is provided inside the apartment with clothes hang-drying which is a big plus and very convenient. Thanks for hosting!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location is peaceful, away from busy traffic, and near a big shopping mall (Lotte Mall). It is within a short car ride to the old quarter area too. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great spot in Hanoi, pleasantly quiet and clean.

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

You get what you see in the pictures. Clean and beautiful house. All amenities were fabulous. The house had an air of comfort and belongingness. Tiffany is a fabulous host, always wearing a beautiful smile and extremely quick to response. The house and the amenities in the house are top class. Tiffany also booked us on Halong bay cruise and it was worth every cent inspite of the fact that the weather was overcast and it rained a bit. She was gracious enough to take care of the extra luggage whilst we were away for the overnight cruise. If one is looking for a homestay away from hustle bustle of the city and a host who is super sweet, accommodating, concerned and swift to response then this is the place to stay. It's worth every cent of the money and you will feel at HOME.

We loved our time at Andy’s place :-) It was close to amenities but also just outside the old quarter so we didn’t have any of the chaos. Big space too! Andy was an excellent communicator the entire time - thanks Andy

Very modern and fully equipped apartment located in a luxury, high-security building. We loved the high ceilings and large windows, which offered a panoramic view of West Lake. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Lotte and a short stroll to Lac Long Quan and Trinh Cong Son Street, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants offering both local and Western cuisine (highly recommend the greek place) Cleanliness could have been better, as the floor and other surfaces were still a bit dusty, but it wasn’t a major issue. Bed was comfortable enough. Check-in and check-out were self-service via a lockbox, which was easy and convenient. One minor inconvenience was that there was only one key for the two of us, and the elevator requires the key to access your floor. So if one of us went out, the other had to go down to let them back up. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
