You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Tranquil surrounds set on 8 acres with bush and waterfalls and to top it all off, an amazing display of glow worms appear at night, prepare to be dazzled and amazed - definitely a rare find. Blueberry Hill Farm escape

Welcome to our little slice of off-grid rural paradise, perched on the top of the hill on our organic blueberry orchard. We’ve created an idyllic get away. You have wrap-around views of the Pacific, Tauranga Harbour and the Kaimai mountain range. Near by you have the bush on your doorstep with private access to a pristine river where you’ll see crays and eels and be serenaded by the sound of bell birds and tuis echoing in the forest around you. A truly magical spot.

The Woolshed

Welcome to our rustic 'Woolshed', which was once upon a time exactly that. In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block. Things to do - swimming, walking, boating, diving, surfing, fishing, & relaxation. Within a 10 minute walk - cafe/restaurant, shop, fish and chips. Fine dining and bottle shop a 7 minute drive.
