Very clean and great communication by Mark! We had a great Easter weekend with our family!

We booked Tim's place for a Mom's get away and it was amazing! Very private and relaxing with a stream running through the back yard. Some of us were hikers and there's a hostile nearby with trails. I didn't hike, I was busy in making Pina Colidas (we did need to bring a blender 🤣) and in the hot tub. Having a coffee grinder was great so we could make fresh coffee. There is lots of space and the beds were comfy. We'd be back for sure!

Sam was a really good host! Probably one of the cleanest airbnb I have ever rented! Everything was super good. 100% would recommend!

The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy a couple of days with family. It was perfect for our visiting grandchildren who thoroughly enjoyed the beach (even in October) and cozying up to the fire afterwards to play board games. The cottage had everything we needed to prepare and serve a full Thanksgiving meal. A wonderful place for kids and pets (and the adults, too)

The cottage itself was very rustic, small and very simple but on par with my expectations for a PEI beach cottage. One doesnt intend to spend much time in it. My mother was very bothered that there was no wine glasses or corkscrews but I was happy enough to drink my screwtop wine out a juice glass. It was indeed very close to a very splendid beach - 5 min walk at most. Such a tranquil little hidden gem of a beach, great for swimming and walking and just chillin. I wasnt aware of how remote the area was though - there isnt even a gas station nearby and its like a 20 minute drive to get the most basic of necessities. And, as the cottage was totally bare bones with no provisions, as soon as we arrived we had to turn around and drive back out to go find oil and soap (I saw too late the hosts note that none was provided). All being said - a lovely little beach cottage for the price, just plan around its remoteness! Host gave us some great tips on where to get fresh seafood too!

This is our second time returning here. Place is awesome. Janine is great to deal with. Clear instructions, place is spotless with great views. She often leaves you a bottle of wine and snacks for you stay as well, along with 2 4L jugs of water. With how great the outdoors is, the inside is so nice it makes you want to stay indoors. Great price for a great location, will definitely be booking again for another weekend getaway.

Mark & Rachel’s place is a gem! This is our 2nd trip to Sunnybank Jr and we are already trying to figure out our plans to stay again next year. Our only regret this year was the shorter stay - we should have made it for 3 nights (or more)! But we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The upgrades since last year are a wonderful addition. Our family feels right at home here. The beds are cozy, there’s lots of seating in the kitchen, living room, and newly added sun room, it has everything we need to cook a nice family dinner. You can’t beat the views or the proximity to the ocean. A hop, skip and a jump down the stairs, you are on the ocean floor (or in the water, depending on the tide :)). Mark & Rachel are wonderful hosts. Thanks for another great stay!
