My wife and I truly felt at home here. The house was squeaky clean and just like mentioned in the photos. We particularly liked how Abdulla had ensured that even the smallest things were taken care of — two bottles of water, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and even brand new tooth brushes! There a number of departmental stores around the house for all the small needs. He also readily accommodated our request for a slightly late checkout so that we could align it with our flight schedule. Overall, a great place and a great host 👍

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

Convenient location near the metro. A few small shops nearby. easy to walk or metro to most attractions. Yand- taxi is also a good option. Host was responsive and quickly helped when we had internet trouble. I work online and internet was fine. Bed was comfortable and washer was great to have.

Это лучшая квартира из всех в которых я когда либо останавливался. Отличный стильный ремонт, чистота и уют. В квартире есть буквально всё необходимое - стиральная машина, микроволновка, одноразовые принадлежности, телевизор со SMART TV, быстрый вай-фай, отличная куханная зона. Есть все необходимые столовые принадлежности для готовки, тарелки, бокалы, кастрюля и идеальная сковородка. Готовить одно удовольствие. Идеальный чистый душ, есть водонагреватель. Удобное и быстрое заселение. Для себя не нашёл ни одного минуса. Идеальное жильё за разумную плату. Спасибо.

Квартира имеет все необходимое для пребывания как на короткое, так и на длительное время, даже элементарный запас продуктов. Камиль всегда на связи и готов помочь, гостеприимный хозяин. Вокруг деревья, есть тень, рядом супермаркет, в 10 минутах большой парк и магазины сувениров. До исторического центра ходит метро и автобусы, расположение очень удобное.

Mat was very responsive on Airbnb and What’s app messaging as well. We asked him for a favor to make a reservation at Khan Chapan restaurant in Tashkent and he was happy to help, and he also gave great suggestions for activities to do afterwards. Great apartment for 3 or more people, lots of space and very walkable to Chorsu Bazaar. We used yande x to get picked up and dropped off at the airport and it was very reliable and only 20000 som (less than $2). Rahmat, Mat!

comfortable & clean & accomodating - place that feels very homey in a quiet neighborhood with many fruit trees. there is a small yard, 2 rooms, a private toilet, fridge and microwave. the shower is always warm with hot water, it is officially semi-shared with the family but we never had an conflict or problem - they only clean it when we weren't there., quite the contrary we loved meeting the family and they were very open and available for cultural exchange and hospitality just like we've experienced all over uzbekistan. if you want a sterile hotel - go for it.. but if you want a real uzbek experience in tashkent - this is as good as it gets especially for such a great price. thank you!!
