Das macht dieses Ferienhaus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Es verfügt über zwei kl. Wohnküche m. Polstersitzecke, zwei Wohnräumen mit je 2 komfortablen Schlafsofas, 5 Schlafzimmer, 4,5 Bäder, 4 davon m. Natursteindusche, begrünte, möblierte Süd-West-Terrasse und 2 Balkone.

Die Eigentümer sind in Brand aufgewachsen und Teile ihrer Familien wohnen immer noch in Brand. Auch der touristische Betreiber ist in Brand groß geworden und kennt das Tal wie seine eigene Westentasche. Ein Brandner Service, sprich eine herzliche, echte Gastfreundschaft ist somit zu spüren.

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
