Lys 3 værelses lejlighed på Amager, tæt på metroen

Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Der er også en dejlig stue med sofaarrangement og spisebord , samt TV. Bad og toilet ligger for enden af entréen, som samler hele lejligheden, der ligger i stueplan.

Anneks til fire, nyt bad, familie, natur, strand.

Her går vi meget op i rengøring. Hyggeligt et rums anneks på omkring 20km2. To dobbeltsenge, de kan laves til to sofaer. Lille hygge sofa. Tv. Mindre køkken til enkel madlavning. Mini ovn, mikroovn, koge kande, køleskab og køkken ting. Dyner og puder med sengetøj. Badeværelse og mindre gang til tøj og sko. Der er et romantisk varmt ude bad. Huset ligger lige ved bus 35 til lufthavnen. Det ligger kun fem minutter fra Idyllisk fiskerby med gamle gule huse og havn. Fin strand og badeanstalt.

Luxury apartment with privat parking place.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Nyd et par dage tæt på centrum i København. Tæt på strand, metro, centrum, lufthavn, shopping. 1 værelses lejlighed. Der er 300 meter til Lergravsparken Metro. Det er 5 stop fra lufthavnen i den ene retning og 3 stop fra Kongens Nytorv i centrum af København i den anden retning. Hvis I kommer i bil kan I sende mig jeres nummerplade på bilen, så opretter jeg parkeringslicens elektronisk til jer. Så er der gratis parkering.
