We had a fantastic experience at Lay Tin's lovely B&B. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The owner, Laytin, was incredibly responsive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality extended to us during our stay.

check in was fast, no deposit needed. It is relatively new condominium. view from the room was good as we could see the ocean.

Location is great! Not near the tourist center, but as we drove, that’s exactly what we wanted for some peace and quiet. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby if not driving though. Apartment is clean, but sheets and towels are a bit old. Huge space for children to run about. My daughter loves the rock wall and playground. Some amenities need booking which is troublesome and we didn’t use it. Swimming pool is fine though, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall will definitely recommend this place for bigger groups and/or for children.

rumah sangat selesa dilengkapi dengan pelbagai kemudahan cukup peralatan memasak, bbq , parking boleh masuk 3 kereta, kolam renang yang besar, bilik yang selesa.. cctv keselamatan diluar rumah . bilik air selesa, ruang tamu yg besar.. rumah bersih dan sngat private... harga yang berbaloi.. boleh muat 17 orang dewasa.. sangat berpuas hati.. boleh repeat lagi klau ke Melaka.. terima kasih..

Thank you, host. Always responding to every question. The house, room, and toilet are all clean. The air conditioning is cold, and the refrigerator and kitchen are provided. I'm very satisfied with choosing this house. The only issue is that the lift takes a long time to wait for, probably because it's too crowded during check-in and check-out times. Every time I go up or down, I had to wait about 45 minutes. Everything else is fine. The pool is big. I will definitely repeat again.
