Villa Fermin is located in the rural area of Real, the place is a private beach front guest house and it is very near in all tourist spot in Real Quezon which include Balagbag Water Falls, Nonok Falls, Baluti Island, Water river rafting, etc. The place is also just 8-10 minutes driving from seafood market, public market, convenience store, beautiful churches, town proper, and Port of Real.
