We had a wonderful stay at Punerjeni Homes. It is an amazing place, just beside the backwaters. I must admit that Sandhya and her family were very friendly and helpful during our stay with them. The room was well maintained and clean. On request, the host was very helpful in arranging cabs, boats, and autos for our travel. They can also help with houseboat and speedboat bookings. Pros: - Beautiful location, calm, selenic stay - Boats are available immediately outside of the stay.  - Village people are very friendly. It would be great if you got a chance to go for a morning walk beside the backwaters. - Sandhya owns the famous restaurant "Vanchiveedu.". Food is delicious. Must try Kerala meals. Cons: - Breakfast is to be managed by the guest as there are no nearby options. - Vegetarian food options are very limited in Sandhya's restaurant. So if you are vegetarian, please make a lot of plans before you make the choice. But for non-vegetarian lovers, the restaurant is heaven.

This Airbnb is pleasant, clean and cosy, with a small space with a lovely view that has all you need for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to communicate with and the location next to the dam and near by cities of Anachal and Munnar is nice. A good option if you want to stay away from a lot of hustle-bustle!

Nous avons été conquis, tout d'abord par l'accueil chaleureux des parents de Gurunathan, puis par l'exceptionnelle vue de la terrasse et de la chambre! un vrai bonheur!!!! les repas préparés sont succulents, les dosas fabuleux!!! nous recommandons à 100%!!! de plus des ballades peuvent se faire de green paradis... l'accés aux bus ou tuk tuk n'est pas loin... tout était parfait!!! c'est le lieu idéal pour séjourner près de Munnar ! merci , nandi !

Wir waren 4 Nächte, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Gemütliche Betten, Decken Ventilator, sauberes großes Bad. Die Besitzer sind wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden von der Bus station abgeholt und zurück gebracht, sie besorgten uns tickets für gute Preise und haben uns bei jedem Problem geholfen. Tolle Lage am Rande der Stadt. Ruhig, direkt am Reservat und in 2 min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was indeed what we look forward to Air BnB for! Faris and his family were lovely host ❤️we stayed with family which included infant and kid at this property . The rooms were all clean and installed with ACs in every room , washrooms clean and tidy with geyser installed. From the time I booked this property , Faris was in constant touch with me replying to all my queries and clearing all doubts I had about the place . They allowed us early check in also which was a very heartfelt ❤️gesture and I appreciate them for this . We stayed for three days at this place and we felt at home 🏡 A big thanks to Faris’s mom for giving hot milk for my infant whenever we needed it . I would surely look forward to come to this place in near future with the kind of hospitality and comfort this family gave to us 😊Thanking everyone once again 🙏god bless and stay happy

Best place to stay in the heart of the city

This was one of the cleanest place i have visited in india so far, met many Maldives in same building who were really friendly. And house owner is super friendly..😊

Cosy space that is perfectly situated for easy commute and effortless check in process.

I stayed here for 13 days. It was one of the best accomodation I ever had.The environment around the Residency was too good. The care taker so helpful , reachable even at late nights and friendly. The cleanliness is well maintained. Overall a great stay 🙂.

I was in Kochi to attend a friend’s wedding with 16 of my friends and we had this beautiful house to sit around and re create memories. The host went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of and even alloted extra space and beds to avoid any inconvenience. Jimmy the caretaker was always available and was really hospitable. We had some trouble getting there but the location is very much central and completely accessible by private transport(we did not have personal vehicles). A recommended place for a fun get together especially when the count goes abnormally high; this place can magically accommodate your needs :) Thank you Sebastian and Jimmy!
