The Grosvenor Park is 30 seconds walk from the rear of the house, which hosts numerous events/concerts in the simmer. It also has a miniature railway for the children to ride on. The Park also has a play area for children. The property is ideal for families, romantic getaways or for your business trip.

The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

The beach house was built by the Lloyds of Gwrych and was last used by the Countess of Dundonald for sea bathing. The cottage is dog friendly and the grounds are all secure for dogs.
