Very nice house. We enjoyed staying there. Everything is close to you in a quiet neighborhood. The people are very nice helpful Fast response. They will help you for whatever you need. We felt like we are home. I highly recommend this place. I will be definitely come back.

It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Very nice and very quite neighborhood

This was overall a great stay for us. Our dogs were very happy and didn’t get nervous like they have at other locations. The host is very quick to respond. Took just a few minutes to walk to the metro, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet and people kept to themselves. Beds were comfy and clean, towels were plentiful. We used the washer and dryer for refreshing towels. Washer was easy but dryer is struggling a bit. Took a few times to get things dry, so plan accordingly. Dishwasher is convenient for washing dishes. Pods for washer and dishwasher are provided, along with extra trash bags. For the most part, everything was very clean, ie bathrooms, kitchen, fridge. I do think the floors need to be cleaned better, but understand that dog friendly places can make that difficult. If that bothers you, maybe bring a wet swiffer. We would definitely stay here again for future DC trips and would recommend you do as well. 🙂

Rabi’s place was as listed and had even more space than we anticipated. The private parking spot was also a huge perk!

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the space. It was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. We were in town to visit DC which was a little bit of a hike back and forth but we wanted to stay close to Dulles. There was plenty in the area as far as stores, shopping, etc. Finally, the communication was great with Dmytro. If we were in the same area again at any time, we would stay here again if it were available.

Awesome spot! Comfortable, private and peaceful. Great host, very responsive and friendly. Easy access to DC, National Mall, Arlington etc… Go see the Space Shuttle Discovery at the Air and Space Museum. Coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

Instructions were very accurate. I followed it every step of way and i could find apt and parking easily. Apt was very clean, cozy , great colors, furniture, appliances all worked perfectly. We checked in around sunset and it was beautiful view and colors in balcony gorgeous . Host was very responsive. Location is great, walkable neighborhood, lot of families and young crowd, loved the lobby, and entrance also the building has been kept in great shape.

Jomeka’s place was clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located near 495 and public transportation and there are restaurants nearby. San Antonio Grill is right across the street and has delicious tacos. We will definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß , man hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ziemlich kuschelig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit , im Sommer mit Pool wäre es wahrscheinlich noch schöner gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig was aber an der amerikanischen Bauweise liegt . Leider gingen die 2 Wochen viel zu schnell um und wir müssten wieder nach Hause. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter er war immer sehr hilfsbereit , leider haben wir uns nie persönlich getroffen.

Danielle is amazing. She is responsive and her place is well appointed and she’s thought of every little detail to make a stay comfortable. Our family enjoyed our time in DC at her apartment and we’d definitely come back. It’s a perfect location for going into DC for sightseeing. I highly recommend this stay. Danielle is a pleasure to work with and her apartment felt like home.

The home made for an excellent stay! It's beautifully designed and decorated, down to every detail! Carlos was a great host, super fast communication and shared all the key details to make it a smooth visit. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

The place matched the description perfectly. Wonderful location, very clean accommodations. The hosts sent clear instructions before arrival and had very simple check-out instructions. Bus stop is right outside the door on the corner making it easy for our commute. We’re moving to the area this summer and were in town to house hunt. The location was ideal for our needs. The pups also enjoyed having access to a private yard.

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

I recently stayed in a cozy Airbnb near the zoo in Washington D.C. and it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean and modern. The owner, Sarah, has it equipped with all the necessities to make the stay comfortable. One of the highlights of our trip was exploring the neighborhood on foot, looking at the beautiful historic houses and gardens. The apartment was within walking distance to the Metro, making it easy to visit the capital museums. We took a day trip to nearby Old Town Alexandria by Metro. The historic architecture, brick lined streets, and the old Torpedo Factory filled with dozens of artist studios was well worth seeing. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a nice home base to explore the nation's capital.

Beautiful place! Very rustic feel but so nice. Everything was very comfortable, and in a good, safe location. Large TV and couch space was nice to relax as well. Would highly recommend!

I've rented lots of vacation units over the years and I've never encountered a more responsive, helpful host than Laura. Indeed, she sets the record for always responding so quickly. Better yet, she's proactive and sends helpful information before I took the time to ask for it. I rented the unit so my childhood friend could stay in it just ten minutes from my home while she was visiting the area. She told me that she hopes she can stay there every time she visits me and that she highly recommends it to others.
