Great location and we'll equipped apartment with everything needed for a city stay. Close to the busy city center and also more alternative neighborhoods with lovely cafes.

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Kerri was an incredible host. The kindest and most flexible I’ve ever worked with. She also gave me the greatest treat by allowing me to celebrate new years on the roof. Cannot recommend her more.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was so cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was truly lovely — always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. Their thoughtfulness made the whole experience even better. I had zero problems during my stay and felt completely at home. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would happily stay again. Iain’s place was the perfect base camp for a first time visit to Auckland! The location was extremely walkable with Sky Tower being a couple of blocks away and only a 10 minute walk to the ferries/harbor. The apartment itself was clean from top to bottom. The high ceilings and natural light made the space feel open and comfortable. The washer + dryer were super convenient to keep things clean after day tours or beach time. Although I didn’t use the kitchen extensively, it had everything you would need for self sufficient meal prep. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance so you can’t go wrong. Small note - if you are visiting during a NZ holiday be aware that the place you pick your access card up from could be closed depending on when your flight lands. I made it there about 15 minutes before they planned on closing (would check with host on this prior to arrival). I highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Auckland. We always enjoy our stay at Heidi’s! It’s clean, the location is great, close to Sylvia Park and nice and quiet. The apartment’s unique location in the building means that it doesn’t share any walls with neighbours and has its own private access to the beautiful bbq area. We can’t wait to come back again!

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, just as what we wanted. The location was superb, so easy access to almost anywhere. The host Robert was attentive, quick to respond and very kind, I would definitely like to come back again !!

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

So grateful for Michelle and this beautiful apartment to spend my last days in Auckland/New Zealand 💗✨. I would recommend it 100% for many aspects. Customer service from host went above and beyond, and the place is beautiful, cozy, and extremely close to everything. The pool is heated and it just topped my experience after having been camping for pretty much the whole month (to add the bed is super comfy as well).

The apartment is completely new, everything was very clean, well equipped (I would appreciate bigger sofa but no big deal as you can lay in the comfortable bed.) Also pool and gym looked nice (we just did not use it but checked the out:)). Ying was responsive and nice.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great location close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour. On a notamment apprécié le petit balcon avec vue sur les gratte-ciel. L’appartement est confortable et très bien situé. The hospitality we received was outstanding, as we booked with only 24hrs notice, location was exactly what we wanted with views to die for had a awesome time here. Thanks would definitely book again.

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Ronita was so lovely from the first message, very accomodating and very nice to deal with! The place was in a perfect location for the Coldplay concert at Mt Eden, had a lovely stay :)

Had a fabulous stay! Everything was comfortable and well laid out. Loved the balcony overlooking Sky Tower (which turned out a bonus on New Years Eve!) and courtyard garden downstairs is wonderfully peaceful and relaxing to come back to after a day of seeing the sites. We loved using the heated pool 🏊‍♀️ too! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Victor has been such a great host. He's been very quick and responsive to anything we need. He's let us completely enjoy his house and even provided extra items that we suggested. He's very friendly and help. We enjoyed our stay very much.
