Fantastic house and perfect for adults and children alike. Two large lounge areas plus outside sitting space and a huge games shed. House had lovely feel to it and it was so easy for us all to be comfortable. House and property stocked with so many activities and things to do - Lucinda had thought of everything including a pantry with basic necessities and some delightful treats. Easy walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The only downside is that we weren’t staying longer! The only downside

What a stunning house! Perfect little escape for my daughter and I for our girls weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, warm and we had a lovely stay. Mood lighting in the bathrooms was my favourite for my evening shower. So peaceful and relaxing. We will certainly be back and will be recommending this spot to friends and family 👌🏼

Thanks to Paul for a great weekend on the river. Clean and tidy house with an epic view. Shed full of games, pool table, ping-pong and darts filled our evenings with fun for the family. Bbq worked well and all cooking appliances supplied. Beautiful and generous welcome basket. Not great for landing / access to the boat. Driveway is extremely steep and a 1 hour round trip by car for fuel for the boat. We loved the peaceful, secluded location and did i mention the view. We will stay again.

We had a relaxing stay at Sarah’s beautiful farmhouse. Lovely rooms decorated in a country style. Peaceful rural location with a heritage home surrounded by gum trees and sweeping lawns. Close to wineries and Adelaide Hills attractions.

My family and my friends had a lovely time in Tailem Bend over the Easter long weekend. Damien's place is extremely well renovated, light, clean and tastefully decorated. The open living area was great for our 2 little ones to move around and play as well as the enclosed backyard. I would highly recommend this place to families. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm and close to Foodland, petrol station and the Old Tailem Bend. Damien was a very responsive and accommodating host. We hope to come back to his place next time we come to Tailem Bend! Thank you Damien!

My partner and myself stayed at The House on Soul Hill for our 6 year anniversary - and safe to say we absolutely fell in love with it! the property itself is beautiful with touches of curated local art and produce (our breakfast box was delightful!) as well as having a simply breathtaking view of the fields of Lobethal. The entire place felt inviting, calming and peaceful and we had everything we needed and more - some personal highlights being the record player (the Beatles were on repeat!) the selection of local organic teas, and the most comfortable bed. Luke and Aylwen were super responsive, friendly, and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and businesses - they even gave us free coffee vouchers to use at their local cafe Emma and Ivy (a must visit - the coffee is incredible) which was unbelievably kind of them 🥰 This is a must visit - we will definitely be returning and I strongly encourage everyone to experience a weekend at The House on Soul Hill 🫶🏻
