Adorable 3Bed Cottage walkable to Heavenly Village

One of the few single-family homes in the tourist core! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This adorable residence is in a private setting, yet only a short 5 min walk to the Gondola, Heavenly Village, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Close to world-class skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, rafting, and more! Guests will also have private access to beautiful private Lakeside Beach. The entire home was remodeled in 2018. Parking available for ONE vehicle only.

Location, Location, Location!

This small cabin is across the street from the beach! It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). Experience all that Kings Beach has to offer right out the front door, it’s truly that close to everything. Love winter sports? The TART but stop is across the street. From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Cute 1-bedroom cottage a block from King's Beach

Enjoy quiet time near the beach and experience the local restaurants and amenities of King's Beach at our centrally-located home. Renovated during covid, we redesigned this place to be cozy, cute, and yet also functional. We created a place where we could both relax and also work comfortably as needed.
