Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

The stay at Ryan's place was really great! The place is really clean and peaceful, a bit far from the D'mall — around 15 minutes etrike ride away but overall, our stay was really nice and July was very hands on and kind enough to set up the place for our celebrant's bday surprise. Highly recommend this place if you wanted peace and relaxation.

The place was easy access to everything. Place was affordable. We got everything we needed for a home to stay. There was a few minutes black out before we leave the place but good thing they have a reserve light inside the b&b. We had an awesome host (Giselle), our trip went smoothly because of all her help from the time we inquire about their place till even we left there place. Overall we enjoyed Romblon, romblon. We had a limited time but this experience was epic. Thank you, until next time!🙂

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! It was spotless, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved its peaceful and private location, and it accommodated our party perfectly. The unit smelled amazing, the amenities were complete, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the appliances worked properly. Every detail was well taken care of, and we were beyond impressed! The caretakers, especially Ate Elena, were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the games that were readily available for us to use and the organized clear book filled with helpful recommendations for guests. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would highly recommend this fantastic place to our family and friends. We would absolutely return here in a heartbeat. The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

The listing is a great place that truly feels like home, away from the hustle and bustle of Boracay. Perfect for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay while still being close enough to enjoy the island’s beauty. 💯 recommended.

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our 5 days stay at the place. Though it is not near the main beach it is very accessible by using the HOHO bus and we love that some of tourists destination like Puka beach and Keyhole are near, it also has a beach that is walking distance. The host is responsive and was able to give clear instructions which helped us during our stay. For activities, I highly recommend that you contact the person she told recommended to us Kuya Efren since he is very accommodating. If you are planning to have a peaceful stay at boracay after a long day of activities do not hesitate to book this place.

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

The place was absolutely great. Rooms were clean and the property was just near enough to be walkable from the main beach but also far enough so we could enjoy the peace and quiet when needed. The main standout was Mar's hospitality towards his/her/their guests. Replies very quickly to questions and even gives recommendations. He even accommodates our heavier requests. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation in Boracay!

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

The place was very nice and clean, the host was very kind and helpful with anything! The place is a bit far from the the main tourist areas however the hop on hop off will drop you right at the door and pick you up and runs frequently so there’s no problem getting around the island we got a 3 day pass for just 450 pesos!

Our stay here for five days was very smooth if you are looking for a more private environment. The host's customer service is impeccable. However, we experienced a brief power interruption during our stay, and we understand that this is the management's responsibility. Oceanway has room for improvement.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The location is serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host (Sir Dondon) was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and local attractions but honestly, we could have spent our entire trip just lounging in the cozy living room. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. We can't wait to come back. ☺️

We LOVED this condo and the location! Very comfortable and clean inside. Beautiful views from the comfortable balcony. You can see the ocean to the north AND south, mountains to the east, and a beautiful golf course down below. Very helpful and polite on-site staff. Easy access to the Hop On Hop Off buses that run the same route around the island for only 50 pesos/person. We walked to Keyhole, ate at the Belmont Hotel and had excellent Mexican food at Cochi Loco near the Savoy. While the grounds of the Savoy were lovely, the restaurant was nothing great…cardboard pizza and too warm inside. Back to the condo: Maria Sue has decorated with a consistent, soft green from kitchen ware to linens. The live plants inside are an extra nice touch. The local assistant, Reda, was super responsive and helpful. Cannot wait to go back❤️

This place is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. Nice ambiance, super chill and comfortable, something about this place makes you feel right at home. It was nice to watch the sunrise at what seemed like our own private beach. Pool was great for night swimming. Friendly staff, stable wifi connection, and complete amenities—toiletries, towels, everything we needed to relax, recharge, clean, cook and dine—it made the whole trip so much easier for this single mom. There's also 7/11 and other restaurants nearby, but our favorite was the food stall right at the beach, selling iced coffees, fruit shakes, and "silog" meals. Since there were tables, chairs, and chaise lounges set up, you can enjoy your breakfast with the ocean in front of you. I suggest to take the HOHO (Hop-On-Hop-Off) Bus to get around the island; convenient and cheaper than tricycles. Schedule of bus trips is accessible online, although you wouldn't need to check, since HOHO buses pass by every 30-40min.

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. If you’re like us this is a highly recommended place. We will surely be back with our family. Will get 3 more units. Sarah, Richard and Ate Bheng is very helpful for all my questions and needs.
