The House itself is 1500 sq2 and contains three separate premises, a granny flat, 3 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) & 3 bedrooms house (Bamboo House)

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Central fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (ground floor), fully equipped kitchen and own courtyard in a terrace house. We live upstairs. Private secure entrance. Check in 2pm -6pm! Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.

Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
