Stroll down to the Marina & local beaches then on return cool off using the stunning pool facilities. Newly renovated to a high standard, this retreat has a range of carefully selected items to make your stay memorable. The private entrance provides a safe & secure environment for you to feel at home. This is a nice light & bright space with beautiful garden views out every window. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee machine & microwave. You'll find a few snacks, coffee, tea and cool drinks in the fridge for you to enjoy as well as all the staples for cooking a meal. There's a washer/dryer with washing liquid provided as well as an iron and ironing board. The bedroom is spacious with a queen sized bed and single roll out bed underneath to suit a child. The bathroom has the essential toiletries provided as well as a hair dryer and GHD straightener. The lounge has a fold out sofa to suit two people as well as a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, a DVD player and access to Netflix & Stan. There is a cupboard full of board games, cards & puzzles for all your old school entertainment enjoyment. High speed NBN wifi is included and there is a printer with printing, scanning & photocopying facilities for you to use. There is ducted air conditioning throughout the suite for heating & cooling. There is a beautiful pool area with a chemical-free swimming pool, meaning it has no chlorine or salt and is instead filtered by Ozone. Pool / Beach towels, picnic blanket & beach umbrella provided. There is a designated off-street double car park available for your use. Access to the suite is via a smart lock so no keys are necessary and this ensures a smooth and easy check-in & out process. We want guests to feel right at home and super relaxed and comfortable so feel free to message us should you have any questions or extra requirements. With the property being so private we won't likely meet you - unless we meet out in the pool area. But we're happy to chat or give advice about local attractions and eateries at any time. The house is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood in the northern Perth suburb of Mindarie, 30 km from the CBD. It's walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, beaches, the Mindarie Marina, and Ocean Keys Shopping Centre. Clayton's Beach is one kilometre away. A bus stop is located 200m away which will take you to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and on to Clarkson train station. A train from Clarkson station will take you directly in to Perth city. Mindarie is easily accessible from the Mitchell Freeway and once you're in Mindarie all the local attractions are a nice short walk away. There is a bus stop 230m away which will take you to Ocean Keys Shopping centre and then on to the nearest train station (2km away) at Clarkson station. This train will take you straight to Lakeside Shopping centre and also directly in to the city. There's a great coastal walking track which you can start from the property, you can choose to walk up to Quinn's patrolled beach (6km loop) or even further up the coast with a great 9km loop available. Parkrun - a weekly 5km organised event - starts at Quinn's and runs along the coast and you're able to join in after registering online for free (www.parkrun.com.au). If you'd prefer to go down to the Marina and enjoy and nice beverage in the sunshine, the Indian Ocean Brewery Company is just a 950m walk away which also does a great wood fired pizza, or there's The Boat bar & restaurant also at the Marina which always has the latest sport showing on the big screens and a great outdoor seating area. You can hire bikes, kayaks or stand-up paddle boards from down at the Marina. Your property is cleaned only with organic and natural products, which are also supplied for use during your stay. We source our bread from a local baker who uses no preservatives or artificial colourings. As we do provide breakfast foods, if you have any food preferences or allergies please let us know before your arrival. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.
