We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

We had such an enjoyable and cozy stay at this listing! We were a convenient distance from the beach, plenty of restaurants, and the downtown area. The pool was clean and everyone was welcoming. Having laundry machines and a pack and play in our unit made traveling with a one year old so much easier. This listing was perfect for a 4 day getaway for a small family who likes the option of going out and the comfort of staying in.

My daughter, I and furry friends enjoyed our stay. Especially liked the fenced in sideyard.

We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration here. It was a beautiful place for friends and family with room down stairs to set up eat and enjoy the views and each other on our day. The Home inside was very clean and nice with enough room to be comfortable and enjoy our kids and grandchildren that night before they returned to college and work. It was everything we hoped it would be. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time with family. From fishing,games in the yard to quiet conversation with views.

This place was stunning!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We had the best trip for my 40th birthday! This trip will hold very special memories for years to come!

The stay was wonderful, it was a beautiful place to rest and have peace and quiet. We loved everything it had to offer, plenty of items to cook with, grill and fire pit were a great bonus. They had pool supplys and tennis equipment.

We picked the house because of the proximity to the beach and kid-friendly aspects (beach toys, pack n play, etc) and we were not disappointed! We did walk to the beach (no parking by the access on 37th St), which was manageable with the wagon we brought from home and the beach cart at the house. My kids (5 & 2.5) enjoyed playing with the toys at the house and beach toys. The kitchen is also fully stocked and Ben was easy to communicate with. We have family in the area and expect that we'll be back again in the future!

Very clean home in a great location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores! We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!
