Suvereto : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

As the photos show, the location and views are superb. We were travelling with our daughter and son in law and 18 month old grandson. Chiara and Giuseppe set up a cot for the baby and provided a high chair. The parking they recommended is nearby and an easy walk. It was a bonus having a lift in the building, especially with a stroller. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby but we often brought food in to eat on the deck with that stunning view. There is another deck off the bedrooms, waking up in the morning and opening the door on to that outlook is a great way to start the day. The apartment is big with three good sized bedrooms and enough floor space for our grandson to play without causing trouble. We met Chiara and Guiseppe, they are lovely people and very helpful. This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

L’appartamento è come lo vedete in foto, forse l’unica pecca è il bagno che in due si sta un po’ stretti ma del resto tutto perfetto. Grazie ancora e alla prossima!

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Also, the hosts were very helpful giving us lot of information about the surroundings. We had a bit of a trouble finding a place to have lunch.on a public holoday, but Fabiana called several restaurants to helped us book a wonderful restaurant near by the beach! The stay at the apartment was more than pleasant. We would love to come back again in the summer!🌞🏖️

Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per svago, ma raramente mi sono sentito così a casa come nei 4 giorni trascorsi da Andrea. La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e con un’anima. È senza dubbio una delle più belle che abbia mai visitato! Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è Andrea stesso: proattivo, disponibile, attento… si percepisce chiaramente che ama ciò che fa. Un’ospitalità genuina e calorosa che lascia il segno. In ogni ambiente si respira qualità: il materasso era comodissimo (ho dormito da favola!), il bagno molto ampio con una doccia davvero spaziosa e rilassante. Anche la TV presente sia in camera da letto che in salotto è un plus non da poco, non è da tutti! Esperienza top, assolutamente consigliata.

Appartamento spazioso a pochi minuti dal centro ma fuori dalla zona ZTL. Il posto macchina è un plus non da poco perché ce ne sono pochi in zona, inoltre è anche al coperto. Molto apprezzati i consigli dell'host sugli eventi che si tenevano quei giorni in città.

This 2 bed/2.5 bath quaint but cute apartment in Greve in Chianti was perfect for our family of 4 for a few days. Greve is the biggest “town” in the region and was a nice home base. Michele and Giuditta were very accommodating and responsive hosts. There is no parking but paid street parking if available is ~2-3 walk or a free parking lot is about a ~10 min walk. Regardless, this was a very nice stay right in the heart of Greve!

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Lisa Jane’s townhouse in Montalcino was perfect with breathtaking views of the Tuscan valley. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was a great base for exploration of nearby Tuscan towns we visited- Pienza(35 min), Sienna(55), Castilogne Della Pescaia(65), Pitigliano(90) and Montepulciano(45). Also get your int. driver’s license from AAA. Save the hassle of being pulled over like we got. Lisa Jane was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and waiting for us upon our arrival! She explained everything and gave great recommendations. The townhouse has everything you need - we made great use of the provided umbrellas! I will point out the exact location could be tricky for people with mobility challenges. The entrance is about halfway up or down(depending which way you access) a small street with a very steep incline. We did fine, but my watch alerted me to a 4X increase in average stairs! We highly recommend!!

Wow, what an amazing stay at Gianluca’s place! The location is hands down amazing. In the central shopping area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. We always felt very safe traversing the area. The interior of the unit was spectacular. Beautiful furniture. Gianluca had slippers, different soaps, & snacks awaiting for us upon arrival. Check in and checkout were both easy. Beds were so comfy. And there was a sauna! We requested a change to the reservation and Gianluca was quick to respond and accommodating. He also gave us suggestions on transfers and tours in the area. Really appreciated how helpful he was and also how beautifully stunning the place was! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Sienna from your home!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Super impressed with Elisa’s place… it was clean, modern, had everyone you needed and in a great location. In between a large range of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, 13min walk to the tower of Pisa and sites. 15min walk to the Central station. 15min by taxi from the airport. Great base to travel to spend the day in Cinque Terre or Florence ( which we did and highly recommend ! ) and, coming home to a quieter more relaxed town, without the busy crowds, was such a highlight!! Elisa was friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive whilst answering my many questions, so so helpful!! Made our experience all the better… Honestly, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, this place and location has it all and trust me, I do my research 😁 Enjoy Pisa !

Great place and great hosts! Carlotta checked in on us every day to ensure we were comfortable and well set up. The property itself is fantastic and in a piazza with great restaurants at a stones throw away. Would highly recommend and would love to come back to the property the next time we are in Italy again!

Andrea’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week with my parents during Easter. The location is right in the center of the Siena, with incredible views of the surrounding hills. The apartment was fully equipped and there were even extras that we did not expect. We did most of our cooking at home, so it was perfect. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful when we reached out. Especially with parking. We had a car and were in and out of the city quite often. I would highly recommend this place. It was an amazing stay and a fantastic host!

非常棒的房子，景色很美

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Logement très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Chambre très spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie. Place de parking dans la résidence. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Pise, très central pour faire la visite de la Toscane. Nous remercions Francesca qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité et pour ses conseils pour les visites.
