We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

We enjoyed our stay, the place is actually bigger than the photos. The location is great with nice restaurants and shops nearby and a great connection to London Gatwick and the central London locations

Great place, flat is spacious and clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easily accessible car park with lift to flat. Well written and communicated instructions to get keys and find flat. Thank you

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

Homely, comfortable, clean and convenient! We loved our stay here- the flat is wonderful and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the private patio/garden is a lovely addition, especially in the summer! The hosts were super kind, responsive and incredibly informative, both before and during our stay. The location is brilliant- it’s in a quieter street but within easy walking distance of all of Brixton’s hustle bustle- we stayed in early spring and there were beautiful blossom trees lining the streets:) Highly recommend this place- I’ve never felt as cared for and looked after as I did with Laércio’s hospitality 😊 thank you!

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Lovingly restored Victorian with impressive amenities - coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer AND dryer and fridge in particular - the house is very well appointed and comfortably furnished, especially on the main level. We were very happy with it. My only recommendations are to be more clear on bed sizes in the listing - instead of “king” say “UK king” or “UK king/US queen” (I think AB&B should do likewise on all listings to avoid misunderstandings) and to note the toilet/powder room on the first landing above the main level in the listing. Otherwise, unless they’re already in their bedrooms, guests must walk up four flights of stairs to use a restroom. With small children or older guests, this could pose problems, or at least become an unnecessary annoyance. Otherwise it is a first rate, high quality property! We would rent it again.

Once again, Geraldine provided me with everything that was needed. From the amenities, to the restaurant recommendations and my favourite big Tesco just around the corner! Geraldine was very helpful, responsive and lovely during my weekend stay in Bromley. She was just around the corner if I needed anything, so I felt well accommodated. My friends were able to get a great lay in and we even communicated about a late check out, due to us having a good night in central London, which was provided with quickness and did not make us feel like we had to rush to leave. Such an amazing experience once again and I recommend this place again!

The house and host are luxury level. White company sheets and towels, professionally laundered and crisply ironed. Very attentive and responsive host. Wondeful central and yet quiet location with great buses and trains into central London. Absolutely lovely home and host. We will book again.

Gillian's place was wonderful and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood (friendly neighbors), close to areas I planned to visit and central London was easily accessible via car service or Underground. Gillian and Max were welcoming and responsive. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Great spacious apartment in central location. Very quiet and peaceful, being at the end of a street off the main road. It's really bright and airy. Great facilities, very comfortable and the massage chair is a welcome bonus. We felt at home and would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely apartment and would highly recommend a stay. Easy flexible check-in as described and easy to find. Walkable surroundings and many parks/green spaces locally. Milo was responsive and friendly, as well as the best co-host that was Oliver the cat who was so well behaved!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Süd-Osten von London. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt für unsere Familie mit 4 Personen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten das Fahrzeug direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Tolles Appartement im Obergeschoss eines typisch britischen Wohnhauses gelegen. 2 Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein kleines Bad rundeten unseren Aufenthalt ab. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Appartement in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber die Bahnlinie führt direkt hinter dem Haus in Richtung London. Zu dieser Jahreszeit konnten wir aber bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Die Bahnlinie ist aber der positive Punkt des Appartements. Zu Fuß sind es nur 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof FOREST HILL und alle 5 Minuten fährt ein Schnellzug zum Bahnhof CANADA WATER oder WHITECHAPEL. Also die perfekt Anbindung nach London. Supermarkt fußläufig!

We had a great stay! Loved how private and safe the place felt. The beds were very comfortable and the place felt very clean. Loved the location and how close it was to buses, with a pleasant walk to the nearest tube line.
