Beautiful space in a great location. Walking distance to shops, take away, pub and beach. My kids and pooch loved the little front yard area to run around and play in. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice peaceful little getaway spot. Only a short drive to cowes and/or Sam Remo.

Great central location, clean and tidy and had all the amenities required for a great stay with family

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

The house absolutely perfect for our getaway. The Pug loved it too. Cosy, plenty of space and short walk to the beach and local cafe. Kathleen was easy to talk to and went above and beyond for our stay. Wildlife close encounters from echidnas and wallaby’s in the front yard, and great listening to the kookaburras in the mornings. Highly recommend.

Our second time staying at Rebecca’s lovely place in Shoreham. Such a cosy, homely place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

We had the perfect weekend away at Kalimna Beach House. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. The backyard was beyond amazing! Perfect for our dogs and very well fenced. Communication with Jane and Dee was simple and timely. We regret not staying longer and will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was cozy and cute. Ashlea was really helpful when it came to recommendations and things to do. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free yoga class that was included. We couldn’t have had a better stay. All the little things were thought through so well and it was a really good weekend.

Em & Matt were brilliant hosts. This was the most generous AirBnB we have stayed in with wine, chocolates, chips, bread, and plenty of cooking condiments but the Turkish delight was my favourite! 😍🥰🍷 An eclectic little piece of paradise where we were made to feel really welcome, we will be back! It was too wet for the outdoor cinema but we look forward to that next time, but the fire made up for missing out on the cinema!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We had such a wonderful stay at the surf side serenity house! The house was just stunning inside and even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The fact that there were three living spaces was great considering we were staying with family, as well as the two bathrooms and separate toilet for the second bathroom was helpful. We had a little trouble opening the key safe when we first arrived but the host was there within 5 minutes to help us out and we could not fault anything with the house or the process.

We had an amazing girls' getaway at Ana's stunning house! The property was beautifully maintained and perfectly located. We felt right at home and had a fantastic time. We're already looking forward to returning for another visit, and I'll definitely bring my partner next time. Thanks so much, Ana, for your wonderful hospitality!

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

Shushana’s place was one of the best- peaceful location, heated pool, luxury bath, comfortable bed, etc. She even prepared some fruits soy n cow milks and coffee beans plus healthy muesli. I had chronic insomnia and I had a such good sleep in that bed that I bought the same pillow and even looking to buy a quality mattress topper as good sleep is so important to me. It was such pleasure meeting her and her lovely kids too. My Mungchi (toy poodle) was happy there! All the best

Great place in a nice traditional part of Cowes. Perfectly maintained and well equipped, great shower, good beds and welcoming to pets. Lovely little front yard too. Highly recommended. And kahli is a great, responsive host.

Felt like staying with family, the house has everything. No detail was spared. The bath towels are soft and fluffy, the cupboards are full of games for the family to play, the Coffee machine was stocked with enough pods for our whole stay.

Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time. We were a group or 2 couples and 2 dogs and it was perfect. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the two deck areas and plenty of space for the dogs to play and explore. You feel like you are in nature. The house was clean and well equipped. Kitchen is great and modern. Lots of linens provided which is not always the case so was appreciated. The beach is walkable which is also great when you have wet and sandy dogs.

We had a last minute booking for a week at Simon's place. We were two grandparents with our son and his two children and our Cavoodle. The days were wonderfully occupied with the beach not far away, a beautiful native garden and a half basketball court which we used to play pickle ball! Plus a good table tennis table! Inside there were so many board games which absorbed the children's attention at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only detraction were the mattresses which were not comfortable. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute as we had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

I had a fantastic stay at Nell's. I loved the bathtub, the bed was super comfy, and there was fruit, bread and a range of other food in the fridge and cupboard. The plants, art, furnishings and decor have been selected with care and fantastic attention to detail. I felt instantly at home, and enjoyed proximity to all the island has to offer. Nell's place had a lovely cosy vibe and came complete with a visit from the sweetest cat! I hope to make it back this way again in future and would absolutely recommend Nell's to anyone visiting Phillip Island and surrounds.

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.
